When received the order the box had some kind of wet brown liquid all over it.The MDF shelving needs to be checked to see if it has been cut square enough to fit or you'll have to do that yourself.The customer service from Pinnacle Hardware is terrible.After being sent a box that was actually labeled in black marker "feet missing", waiting for ages after having contacting Pinnacle Hardware twice, they didn't even sent the correct feet.I ended up having to modify the shelving myself to make it work.Ridiculous.

It’s not totally adjustable. You have to have a top bottom and middle shelf as the end poles are actually half pieces joined together and need the middle shelf at that level for stabilisation. Surely this can’t be the safest or strongest way to build shelves?!

An easily assembled, sturdy product meeting the advertised specifications.Would be useful if the shelves had a (optional) barrier on their short sides to stop items falling off the end.

It’s easy to assemble just using a rubber mallet and your bare hands. Took only 30 mins to assemble and looks great in my commercial kitchen.Only issue was the msg shelves had to be replaced with sealed ply of similar thickness due to being a food preparation area.
This shelving system is so good. Easy to assemble - I did it on my own. It is very strong and durable.
Great shelving, very strong and holds a lot of “shed stuff”. Be patient putting it together, you will get there. Little tip, line the shelves with contact. Easy then to keep clean
I was not impressed by how the top bit fits to the bottom as all the really holds it together is the little steel pin. I bought very similar shelves from Bunnings a few years ago and the uprights were cut so that the horizontal sections pins fitted properly into each piece and secured them together properly. Other than that they are easy to put together and reasonably priced.
I brought this a few months ago and it just gives that awesome feel to the garage.The only thing which is minor, because this is honestly a 5-star product, is when putting it together, the plastic covers for the bottom of the legs, was a bit hard to get it to fit and I sliced my thumb when I was trying to get it to fit if those can either come already on the legs or fitted to slide on easily. I've already recommended this product to a few family members. Also 5-star on the delivery timeframe too.

Space is at a premium and a unit like this is a real help.In terms of looks, the unit is industrial/garage rather than furniture but nevertheless, it is smart and the black finish helps it to fit in better than the grey of many similar units.The steel used in the unit is sturdy - thicker than in the cheaper units from the warehouse. That helps in the appearance and assembly as well as in the steadyness of thie assembled unit.As packaged up in the store, the unit is a bit over one and a half metres long and about 43cm wide. I purchased this yesterday and then assembled it . The 4 corner posts have to be joined to make the unit 1800 mm tall. This is done with a small pin. This is not a good strong join. This could be improved with a better joint idea. The rest of the kit was ok
