Loving the 900nxs. Great machine. A lot of info on the screen and very close to the 2000nxs decks.The only thing i would have kept from the old 900s is the auto loop buttons down the side. The stutter effect replacement are fairly useless and nothing a roll effect cant handle on your mixer.

I wanted to upgrade my existing pioneers cd players for some more up to date ones, and as i still like using Cds as well as USBs i opted for the Cdj-900NXS ..These are in the nexus range and host lots of features taken from the very high end of the pioneer range compatible with Rekordbox/ mobile phones / laptops / USB and still have the versatility to play cds . For me this was a no brainer to get the best cd quality with the up to date features for moving forwards, great piece of kit that will last many years. I would recommend these players .

Received this last week and am very disappointed that the CD drive will not accept disks. 'Mechanical Error E-9101' Acts as if it can eject but it cannot accept any CD's. Never even used this function before but thought I would give it a go. You would hope that when paying this much money for a CDJ that the CD feature would work, my 800s are years old and this function still works perfectly.DJKit please advise with what to do next as I cannot get your 'live chat' to work and have not received a response from my email yet.Thanks
Was looking for a new Cdj 900 from a credible source and wasn't sure about the purchase at first but took the risk of buying it. Once receiving realized B&H is a very credible source of buying equipment from! The CDJ is brand new and works perfect! Not only that but I submitted my payment Monday and it came by Wednesday which was unexpectedly the quickest and shipment ever and it was free! Will be back for more!
Just bought the new Pioneer CDJ-900s and loving them so far. I work as a mobile DJ and do mostly weddings, private events, etc. but am really into the mixing side. The 900s handle really well for mixing and are plug-and-play with all of the major DJ software (i.e., Serato, Traktor, & Virtual DJ). I've been using them with Virtual DJ and haven't had any problems thus far. Would also point out that it's really easy to switch back & forth between CD mode & PC mode, in case you have a CD you need to play from during your set. Only negative I would point out is the price point...still a bit high from my perspective and should come down a bit, particularly given the Denon DNS3700 (comparable product) goes for almost half the price.
I'm writing this review with a. sad heart. I've had my CDJ's for 10 years they've never failed me. They still work and have produced my finest mixes. I would love tokeep them but its time for something new. The. only place to do that is djkit
Such a great product, and so happy with the service from DJ kit. Sent over my cdj 900 nexus super quickly, and arrived in perfect condition. The only thing was one of the cdjs came without a uk power plug and only an EU plug, where as the other one came with both. Apart from that, very happy customer 🤙🏼
I've had these decks for just over 2 years now and just managed to write a review!!! Can honestly say they have served me well. Was disappointed that Pioneer spent so long in bringing out the Nexus version as I probably would have went straight for them. Easy to operate, smooth and easy to link to other media sources, these decks being the 'sisters' to the CDJ2000 look the part and deliver what I want. Will soon move on to the Big Brothers, but will keep these bad boys on the back burner!! Value for money, sturdy and can take a bit of punishment, but be careful.....unlike the CDJ2000, they are not beer proof!!!
This CDJ is Awesome. The network feature makes getting to your rekordbox/iTunes music collection super easy. I was a little concerned after I purchased this because the CDJ900NXS came out with a color screen and a few more options, but having the CDJ350 and NDX400 both with flat screens, the angled screen on the CDJ900 makes it much easier to read and glance at than having to look down to see where the song is at.Now that the CDJ900NXS is out, I'm hoping the CDJ900 will drop some in price so I can add another one to my setup.
