is a good addition to anyone's gaming collection. The game takes place in the same set of islands from pokémon moon/sun. The game initially begins just like pokémon moon does, but once you established the main characters and the basics, that's where the similarities end. I assure you, the stories for moon and ultra moon are indeed different from one another. The game is well developed, in my opinion. There's a lot you can do before and after you beat the game and so there's a lot of game play. All of your favourite Alohlan pokemon are present, plus a lot of new additions.Fly with Charizard, compete in the trainer island challenge or try to catch'em all, this game is cram packed with pokémon adventure and fun. If you like the pokémon franchise, you will like this game.

This game adds a lot of extra content onto the release of Sun & Moon released a year earlier. That being said, there is pretty much no point in even getting the original versions of the game with these available. Not really a comment about the product, but it is pretty annoying to release a game, then release same game with extra content that could not be added onto the original release a year after. This practice is basically just buying extra content and extra story chapters for the price of a whole new game. After buying it, the first game just a year before almost seems like it was a waste of time and money. Seems like it was even a waste of time making it in the first place. But this has been a long trend with this franchise, so you know in advanced just to ... MoreThis game adds a lot of extra content onto the release of Sun & Moon released a year earlier. I am happy with my purchase. They were all authentic copies. None of them were knock offs. But they were world edition games, which is fine they work as well. But that wasn't marked in the description. Other than that, all systems go. After I saw people sold knock off copies, I was a little worried. But these are authentic copies. Thank you. I am just happy there all authentic copies. Thanks.

I haven't really played a Pokémon game since yellow way back on the Gameboy Color. I must say Gamefreak and The Pokémon Company have really improved in game play and added much more to do since those early games. I picked up Pokémon Moon after getting Ultra Moon to see the differences. Some of the story is changed, maps are slightly different, new NPC'S, new side quests.Essentially you're getting Pokémon Moon with some added tweaks to the game that manage to make it feel fresh and new and not all like you're just playing Moon all over again. Get it while you can. It let's you be a kid again yearning to get out of the house and see the world with your trusty sidekick at your side.

Sun and Moon!? Misleading titles, for there is no uplifting light - only cruel darkness - in these sorry excuses for Pokmon games... Alola is cursed! Generation 7 is absolutely the worst, and this game is so disturbing, mean-spirited, annoying, and downright creepy! Sends a very bad message to kids! Parents beware! NOT safe for kids at all! Why do people say the story is fun??? Was this Pokmons sad attempt at sci-fi!? More like a psychedelic horror! Terribly dark and depressing! Felt like I was forced to watch a Yu-Gi-Oh anime rather than playing a classic Pokmon game, to be honest. The story in this game was so annoying and actually painful to play through - I had to stop playing due to disgust and sadness after the what the putrid villain Lusamine does to poor Guzma! Definitely NOT a game for children - or anyone - despite being cleverly designed to darkly empower kids by preaching to them that they are equal to adults and to disrespect their elders. Certain characters in this game, the honest adults, like Guzma and Faba, are bullied, and downright misrepresented. The game has a very poorly-written one-track story that makes entirely no sense for the sake of drama, gives you NO freedom, and forces the player to side with evil (Lillie and her villain relatives). There is no option to side with the truly good characters, Guzma and Faba! If you just want to have fun collecting and training your own team of Pokmon critters like in previous games (like I did), forget it. Every five minutes theres a stultifying and disturbing cutscene hyper-focusing on the Mary-Sue Lillie. It forces you to endure endless mindless dialogue and upsetting images, and encourages sympathy for this kid villain and her cruel family members. Worst Pokmon games EVER - and I thought X & Y were bad! So dark and preachy, needless drama and cruelty. I do NOT recommend this abomination of a game to anyone - unless you enjoy being lead around like a lost puppy by annoying, entitled kids, sympathizing for villainous characters, and bullying depressed heroes who speak the truth but arent respected...

It Exceeded My Expectations, Big-Time.

I made sure that this was legit by looking at other customer reviews. It included EVERY SINGLE POKEMON from generations 1-7 with multiple Arceuses and the like. However they did this, kudos to them. If you're like me and you can't rely on multiplayer trading in order to "catch 'em all", this is for you. If you want the challenge of catching all the 807+ Pokemon yourself, it may not be for you.

They delivered early and it was in the original casing, but I got scared for a bit since it had a UAE Malaysia circle at the bottom right. After a bit of researching that region game is actually just a US version as the code in the front matches the one in the back. Just look at third set and numbers and letter combo to see if it’s a real game. And at the very end will tell you which region it can be played on. Would definitely buy from them again.

The 3DS' Swan Song...

If this is your first dabble with Gen VII of Pokemon, get this version! Better Legendaries in-game, the real time clock is set to standard daytime, the bulk of the exclusives are superior (Alolan Vulpix, Houndour line, Passimian, Blacephalon, etc.). The downside is that if you like Blue, Green, Purple, and Grey, the clothing and Festival Plaza's exclusives in UltraMoon or Moon are a better choice. You can still get Midnight Lycanroc in the wild later on, if that's what you were on the fence about. As for the game itself, the story is nearly the same as Sun/Moon until you get to post game. That's when a familiar face, as well as many others, pop in. The graphics push the limits of the classic 3DS, the system I still play on. That's when a familiar face, as well as many others, pop in. The graphics push the limits of the classic 3DS, the system I still play on. The only thing that really slows it down is double battles. I prefer the music in these entries to original SM, especially the Ultra Recon Squad's battle theme. My recommendation is to start getting familiar with the Festival Plaza asap. It's the best way to get Poke Balls, Waters, and other items for DIRT cheap. That way you can use Poke Dollars for TMs, clothes, and other expenses. Festival Plaza also allows you to get tons of character customization outfits for talking to other people on Wi-Fi. And all it takes is just to link to the Pokemon Global Link. You can do a simple Random Trade, or deposit a Pokemon to trade for ones you don't have, and then you get A LIST of other players to get shops and clothes from. I like to check daily because people will have entire outfits that are hard to get, and the currency in Festival Plaza is just answering text questions!Poke Pelago is also excellent for getting gobs of Berries, Fossils, Gold Bottle Caps, evolutionary stones, and even EVing Pokemon! You just deposit them onto the island, and come back a day later. This is sooo convenient for us that have jobs where we can't play Pokemon all day long. It's a good way to get perfectly EVed Pokemon, and even raise their levels for doing nothing. You get Poke Pelago on the second island after battling the Fire Trial, which is about 2/5ths the way in to the main game. Some new additions like Mantine Ride, battle poses, Ultra Space, and some BROKEN Z Stones are sure to entice people as well. Mantine Ride is the best way to get Move Tutors of any generation yet, as you get to play Tony Hawk on the back of manta while dodging Tentacruels in the surf. I average about 9 points per ride, which equates to quite a few really useful moves for just 4 minutes of the mini game. Things like Knock Off, Stealth Rocks, Gunk Shot, Heal Bell, and Liquidation are highly coveted moves not only in-game but also for online battling. The only reason I gave this one star less is that it's almost a carbon copy of Sun. We did this 20 years ago with things like Yellow and Crystal, but the difference is that Sun and Moon are very small games. They're in a tiny area, and the main story is shorter than say Black/White. Also, I cannot stand SOS Battles, and in these games you are forced to endure that mechanic all through the generation. But if this is your first experience with Gen VII, it's an easy 5/5. Another great Pokemon entry and a gorgeous sendoff for the highly successful Nintendo 3DS.

This is legit. Exactly what I wanted after years of trying on my own.
14 May 2020

This is legit. I've been a Pokmon player since Red/Blue as a kid and now being 25 years older with a child of my own it's been hard to keep up on some of the rare event mons. This was perfect. I don't have tons of time to play these days but was really pumped to be able to finally have Volcanion (along with a number of other shiny legendaries that I missed Gamestop codes for). I even transfered some over to Pokmon Shield - although I won't be using any for competitive play, it's so easy to get good IV's from eggs that having a solid base is more than enough. Have had no issues with transferring Pokmon Bank or Home. Thank you!!! P.S. It arrived super fast, even with the Corona Virus pandemic going on. Extra thank you!
