I recently tried BNRG's Power Crunch Protein Energy Bar in Peanut Butter Fudge flavor and it was truly delicious! The bar had a crunchy texture and the peanut butter fudge flavor was rich and decadent. The bar was also packed with protein, making it a great snack for an active lifestyle. I was impressed by the quality of the ingredients and the fact that it was gluten free. I would definitely recommend this bar to anyone looking for a delicious and healthy snack!

I usually get this brand in tangy/fruity flavors as it pairs well with yogurt.It tastes like a packaged, largely artificial protein supplement bar.The wafer quality might not appeal to everyone, as it may drop crumbs in your lap or surroundings.As far as I can tell, whey being the main protein ingredient is a good thing. There are some processed colors/flavors, I'm sure, but overall, this is a decent choice for some quick protein that is not totally junky.Are you better off eating a nice steak? Absolutely. But who has time for that?

I am genuinely surprised at how good these are considering how much protein is in them. They aren't like the usual protein bars I've had in the past which are like little bricks. These are mainly light crispy wafers with the protein filling in between. Much more pleasant to eat. I'll definitely be buying these again and trying different flavours. I tried the peanut butter fudge and it was so good!

The shipping was good well packed and not damaged. The package was easy to open. I only ordered 1 to try it 1st. I just ordered the 12pk. I added pictures with a ruler so you can see the measurements. The bar is well flavored and tastes great. Not too sweet. I love the wafer crunch. I am post surgery so 1 bar is too much for now, maybe they could make half bars for post surgery. They have a lot of other flavors so if you can not have berry then I would try the chocolate, that one is good also.

Also some benefits are they may curb appetite, fuel a workout, or support muscle repair after exercise.I love this flavor, not too sweet. Clean and good quality ingredient. Taste is very satisfying. Still, they can't replace the quality and nutrient composition of whole foods.
