I wanted to use them a few times before I wrote this review. Now, this is all easy when you're doing it at the beginning of a workout but if you're following a video or you're tired, it gets harder to do because your hands/arms are shaky from your workout! Also, if you have carpets, rugs or uneven floors, it gets harder to move the selector pin because the floor has to be flat or it gets tricky to get the right weight on both sides of the selector pin (the pin is shaped like a "c" so both the top and bottom part of the "c" have to be placed in the right weight line)- there is plastic. I can foresee the selector pin or even the grip part of the weight that are both plastic, eventually breaking/cracking because it is plasticWith all that being said, I would still recommend it, especially if you are tight for space or can't afford a variety of dummbells.

Bought 2 of these and have been using them for almost a year. Really fantastic if you don't have a lot of space. It's been very sturdy so far.It doesn't come with a stand, I just keep them on a piece of cardboard on the ground so it doesn't scratch my floor.Just have to make sure that when selecting the weight, the black plastic slider goes on the same row all the way in for safety.

Good but I worry a bit about the clip mechanism. I never seem to get it right the first time so I have to pause the workout to change the clip. Then whenever I am lifting over my face I’m worried that it will come loose and fall on my face.Overall good if you take the time to make sure the clip lines up properly.I got it on sale

I'm realizing that for some exercises I needed to move up to 12 or 15 lbs instead of remaining at 10. Very happy with my purchase of the pair of PowerBlock Sport adjustable dumbbells. Just wished they weren't so expensive.
Product is great for using multiple weights, however switching the dumbbell between the hands becomes difficult as the handle becomes blocked by support bars. Other than that, it functions nicely.
I like the easy access to various weights without having to store separate dumbbellsThe transition from one weight to another is not always smooth. There is plastic between each plate and I am hoping it will hold up. Otherwise, this system serves the purpose I purchased it for
Easy to use with existing sport 50lb expansion dumbbells. It was also despatched quickly. Ive been training at home around my family commitments whilst on maternity leave, and I am a big fan of powerblock products, and would definitely recommend investing in them over using spin lock dumbbells for anyone in a similar position or who would struggle to get to a commercial gym
I bought these around a month ago for my home gym. They are much better than using any spin lock dumbbells. My workouts have become much more efficient and I can now easily do drop sets without having to change plates. Already having accidentally dropped these a couple of times I can say that they are much more sturdy than other adjustable dumbbells that have a lot more plastic parts. Would highly recommend getting the power block sport and not the rubber coated ones, I have used them and prefer the feel and smaller size of these.
As an average adult female these are perfect for me. They don't take up much space and can be adjusted to so many different weights. They are not too long or too bulky side to side to fit past my body. There's a bit of clanging when you move them, but with music on, it's not bothersome. Great for gradually increasing weight on your usual exercises!
I just curb-side fetched the PowerBlock 24 lb adjustable dumbbells from the Warden and Eglinton Canadian Tire in Scarborough. They were ready within an hour from my online order (even though the estimate was one day), and the pickup was well organized and fast - thank you.The weights fell well designed and robust. While they may seem expensive, now that I've tried them I feel they provide good value.I hope to outgrow these and move up to the next level model. :-)
