Im not a large woman but I have put on 8kg in 12months and im just not ready to do a wardrobe overhaul for the weight gain..I've been using pro define for 3 weeks now to lose a bit of weight and then hopefully swap to something for weight management. I havnt seen a significant drop in weight. 1.5kg which is great..(as I dont want dramatic change due to being peri menopausal and messing with hormones)I enjoy the taste of pro define. Great in shakes with berries. And "to me" tastes like cheese cake when mixed with jalna plain Greek yoghurt.. (my favourite way of having it)I feel ive saved money at the grocery store too.. I havnt had to buy as much food lately.

This is the best vegetarian protein on the market and I have tried them all. It tastes fabulous, mixes well and all the flavors are just yum!! Best of all my dietician gave me a tick recently stating that this is one of the best protein products on the market and one that she recommends to clients! The products are simple, the list of ingredients isn’t long. It tastes amazing & for the first time in a while I do not feel bloated after drinking a protein shake.It’s also very affordable & keeps you full for a long time :)I’m on my first ever pack& I absolutely love it, I keep recommending it around me & will keep buying more ;)

I have tried a huge amount of protein powers and really struggled to find a one that was not ridiculously sweet, still tasted nice and had a nice texture. But also was still had all the nutritional benefits I was after.Once I found True Proteins Pro Define i have not looked back. I have been using it for about 4 years and highly recommend it to anyone who asks me.
I have my protein drink 5 days a week after exercise . Love the taste and texture. I find coconut yummy. Also love salted caramel and vanilla.I feel great and my body shape has improved with my regular intake of healthy protein.I use a Breville milk shaker maker when at home and end with a beautifully mixed frothy delicious shake.Very happy.Also lots of compliments. !!
I've made quite a few small changes this year. Switching to a brekky smoothie with this protein powder is one of them. It tastes good (not sickly sweet) and with frozen berries, almond milk & chia seeds comes to around 300 cal. I'm 10kg down in 11 weeks. And would say this is one of the contributors to my weight loss.
I was using another brand of weight loss shake but it was sickly sweet and thick and hard to drink. I swapped over to Pro define as it was much lower in carbs. It is also a nice consistency and tastes great. I usually blend in some frozen berries and yogurt and have it for breakfast at work. I’ll definitely be buying this again.
I'm a bit disappointed with this product. I usually buy the WP90 and find it to be excellent. I decided to try this one to lose a few kg, but I find it very sweet and it has a strong stevia aftertaste. It's a shame because I love the chocolate protein bars, but also found the mousse tasted too much of stevia. It could be the flavour I purchased (banana and honey) as I usually get vanilla in the WP90. I'll be going back to the WP90 as soon as possible. If you don't mind super sweet and the taste of stevia, then this one could be fine for you because True Protein products are generally excellent.
The banana and honey flavour is literally the best protein I have ever had. I have always struggled to drink one or more protein shakes in a day but this one I have had twice and sometimes three times because it is such a treat!! 100g full cream milk (helps me get my calcium and dairy in as I use plant milk in coffee) and 100g water... YUM! I don't even know if I can try any other flavours because I'm scared they won't be as good!
I usually like vanilla flavours because I add other flavours into my shake or use it for baking. True vanilla whey tastes so good alone and is perfect in baking. I can not drink other brands. They are not as smooth and perfect tasting as True. I am also partially lactose intolerant and I don't like the plant protein. This whey doesn't upset my stomach at all. A big 5 stars from me! ⭐
