1st day using this and I gotta admit it works. I mixed it with a pre workout (1st time trying this too)"Lit" jolly rancher watermelon. I didn't get the boost until about my 3rd set I noticed I was throwing the weight up pretty easy. The only thing I didn't like was I had a tingling sensation in my forehead area. It wasn't a lot but I noticed it. It wore off by time o completed my full workout. I would recommend

What’s not to like? The dose is super small. It dissolves really well in water, unlike the gritty monohydrate. And it works! Been cycling on/off CON-CRET for years. Personally, I feel that it gives me more stamina while lifting than other forms of creatine that I have tried.

Good product and happy with performance, I bought because I thought the servings per pack were awesome, but it goes on per 100 pounds of body weight....so my servings halved straight away. Make sure to read pack info 👌

Good stuff, is my go to for creatine. Mix’s well, the lemon flavour is the go. Definitely makes you feel fuller while your on the pump. Def recommend
I love how it dissolves in any liquid without you feeling like you are drinking water with sand in it. Just wished it the container is mucho bigger. Keep in mind that the container is extremely small for its price. It does taste great.
Taste great , says 1 scoop but I take 2 . Goes well with my pre workout . Gives me a good pump . Never had monohydrate tho . But recommend this 🙌
Seems to work well, but the strength of the flavouring is unreal, this doubles as smelling salts every time you open the container. Would definitely reccomend unflavoured. Seeing in above ratings that there is no pump present, that's the point, this avoids water retention, so don't expect a pump taking HCL
As the title says , over prised rip off !!! When it arrived I was surprised how small was the container. Then I was surprised more , that the container has double walls and bottom so it is even smaller inside. Raspberry taste was more of a lemon tart. Wouldn’t recommend!! Sorry ! I hate feeling ripped off !! Didn’t get any pump out of it and usually when I use creatine I get pump easily . So it a “ no “ actually a big “NO” for me
Having tried three other Creatine Hydrochloride products prior to this one, I find this to be the best for me. It is more concentrated than others I have tried, mixes well with plain water, is palatable (slight edge, but no sickly sweeteners or other undesired taste), AND I feel that it gives me more stamina for longer, harder, heavier workouts than before. I have already gifted jars to family & friends and will definitely be buying more for myself. I hope others have similar results.
i have used other creatine supplements but i always come back to con-cret . one thing though is never buy the unflavored version. a tip if you do is mix it with your pre workout (ie c4 ECT) . otherwise con-cret is my favorite creatine.
