I love this tea, enjoy it without sugar/honey the first time I drank it I was fatigued and it gave me a power nap. Since I started drinking it I actually stopped taking immune boaster tablets, I feel so light and healthier. I already ordered for both my siblings and once a week I check the availability as it's mostly out of stock or low stock in Joburg.

I LOVE this. The perfect winter, warming tea. It has a good robust berry taste (rather than just aromatic coloured water). Another reviewer mentioned being able to taste liquorice but (as someone who loathes liquorice) I really can't taste it at all.

Even though I don't really like the taste I would still recommend it for the elderberry, which is the reason I bought it. Licorice fans will probably love this. I could smell the licorice before I even opened the box; however I find the flavours a bit weak even if I leave it to steep for a while. I'm not the biggest tea fan anyway so my review is biased. I only drink it for the antioxidants and to not have too much coffee.

I suppose I should have read the ingredients, but I was expecting a fresh fruity tea, and instead got a fiery cup of something that tasted more like your worst childhood medicine. The main ingredients are liquorice root and ginger root. It was just as bad when left to go cold, and so got tipped down the sink. Trying to find a home for the other 19 bags, I hate waste.
This beauty is the best tasting tea I’ve ever tried. Unlike a lot of herbal tea’s which can be quite mild and somewhat “tasteless”, this stuff has a potent and amazing flavour. The fruity notes of black currant and elderflower make for great taste, and it has a wonderful warming sensation when you drink it. It also smells divine and is full of antioxidants. Even my self-confessed “tea hater” boyfriend is drinking this stuff. Can’t go a day without it :)
I’ve been drinking this every morning for over a year now and love the fruity punch it offers.My only quibble is that the tea-bag has a tendency to be stuck to the paper wrapper in places which leads to the bag ripping slightly resulting in floating loose tea-leaves. Hence, only 4 stars. It’s strange because none of the other Pukka teas I buy do this. Does not deter my from buying though!
One of the nicest herbal teas on the market, lovely flavour.I drink double dragon green tea normally as I've always be prone to getting colds flu and have been drink it for over 10 years and I haven't been off work with a cold or flu since, but I could still have a minor head cold, so I started drinking echinacea to reduce the symptoms of head colds. I now feel like I'm cold free. Both the green tea & the echinacea tea has truly transformed my life.
A great tasting tea from Pukka! The tea has a very fruity taste with an amazing sweet sensation that hits the back of your mouth. The smell of the tea isn’t the best but the taste definitely makes up for it. The Echinacea in the tea helps combat flu and colds which is a great feature I like about this tea. I can’t get enough of theElderberry and in Echinacea organic tea!
I absolutely love this tea, I am a bit fan of fruit tea and thought it was time to try a flavour I haven't had before.You don't need to keep the tea bag in for too long as it gives lots of flavour, I would say 2 minutes maximum.The packaging is very eye-catching and walking around a supermarket I would see this range straight away as the design is very pretty and the colours are bright.I would recommend this tea to family and friends and think it would help sooth people's throats if they have a cold.
I have tried numerous fruit and herbal teas and apart from one other of Pukka's (unfortunately not stocked by H&B) I was struggling to find anything I could drink. I am so pleased that I bought this. I may go on to try a few more of Pukka. This does not have an overpowering smell but yet tastes pleasant. A winner!
