I needed a glass bowl set to replace an older plastic set. Trying to have less plastic in contact with food. This is a great choice. The bowl set is nicely sized. It has been very useful in the very short time it has been in the house. Love it!
I'm switching everything in my home to glass and stainless . I wanted all my mixing bowls to look pretty and to have lids. These bowls were exactly what I was looking for. All the lids fit well. These bowls can be used to prepare, serve, and store. I would absolutely recommend this product to others.
This Pyrex set is good whip up recipes, get sides ready for pot-lucks, for fridge to microwave to store and heat leftovers, with a good range of sizes and fitting lids that keeps air out. Bowls and lids nest inside each other for compact storage. Scalloped bowl design makes them look retro like grandma's which I like. I've used them for months now with no issues.
I bought this bowl set for my daughter. She says the look is exactly what she wanted and the quality is great. Pyrex is my go-to for glass ware in my own home.
I have an older set of these and I am sure these will be used as much as I use mine. This is a Christmas gift. The lids are colorful and the bowls are sturdy and can be used for a variety of things.
This is a great set of bowls. I bought a similar one decades ago and couldn't find the lovely design with the round bowls and vertical ribbing design in Australia. I was so please to find it in the US as I like to use it to present food in. I take it to friends homes and it is secure and looks great served in the bowls. I use the little one for dips and salsas and the medium/large one for trifles or salads. I lost one and broke the other which is unusual as they are really strong and can withstand rough handling. The great colours of the lids are also nice as my original set had only dark green lids. Strange that in Oz we only have the choice of a daggy flat bottomed shape.
Absolutely love this set! Very stylish and made very well. Just ordered another set!! Definitely will get years of use out of these. Ty!!
