Really well made classic jacket, like the waxed canvas jackets of yore. Unfortunately, like all classic jackets it is wide, boxy, quite unflattering and heavy. Try as I might, I could not really find a use for it, so sadly I ended up returning it.I am 6ft and 165lbs so you may have better luck with fit/style. As for use, it may work well for casual Travel (I personally prefer a featherweight travel blazer)

It’s good if you’re doing light work, but however I was wearing it for less than a few weeks and a small tear started by the pocket. Really thin fabric my only complaint cause it tears easily. But good paired with a hoodie during the winter.

Try as I might, I could not really find a use for it, so sadly I ended up returning it.I am 6ft and 165lbs so you may have better luck with fit/style. As for use, it may work well for casual Travel (I personally prefer a featherweight travel blazer)

This is definitely a medium weight outer layer. Its waterproof layer is superb. I layer wool under for colder conditions. I like the pockets but do wish the front bottom ones were just a bit larger. Totally will come back to the brand.
