Performance:GoodHardware seems quite good, and works well. However, had lots of trouble with Synapse in which multiple times had to re-install drivers. Finally able to make it sync correctly after clean re-installation of Synapse. Poor Software for an expensive hardware.Box had minor dents when received, surprised it did not come with extra protection. Only plastic cover for the actual Razer box, no bubble wrap, no external box. This is rather poor service by seller as we do not know how it is going to end up during delivery, especially for expensive fragile items.

I was looking for a headset stand and this was recommended to me. I was hesitant at first because I didn't think $70 was worth spending when all I needed was a stand. I purchased it when it went on sale. It comes with two USB plugs which are convenient so I don't have to reach the back of my tower. It does the job of holding my headset and charging. I love the lights! Though functional, I think it's a bit much for what I paid. I'm not a "gamer" so maybe that's why I don't appreciate this as much.

Picked it up to replace my Base Station V1 that could no longer be used as a USB hub due to the ports failing. This V2 is great, better build quality (solid piece vs the old plastic head stand that clips into the base), and as per Razer, much better Chroma lighting. The included 3.1 USB are perfect, and the 3.5mm on the stand is a bit better than the front 3.5mm audio jack on a case. It essentially act as a USB sound card, in that it isolates the connector and also provides Razer's 7.1 Surround audio option in Synapse 3.

I got this mainly for Aesthetic purposes. I use it often! Great product. I also use to plug my phone cord in, it has addition USB ports. It’s slick. I enjoy the LED lights.
I do own Razer headset (Nari model) in which I decided to get this base. After owning it for two months it is still holding up. The stand does come with two USB ports in which makes it easy to plug in my headset receiver and as well an open port for any other accessory.Pros (nutshell):- Comes with 2 USB ports to expand connectivity- RBG does tend to have options on pattern/color- Connects with one USB port to your PC without any additional power cable. However I did find that when I use the port to charge my heat set, the charging indication still shows Red after having it connected all day vs charging in an outlet in which will charge in 2 hrs. Also once installing chroma software, it will make adjustments to your settings on your pc. In my case the sound began to come out of my headsets vs my usual speakers. It did took me a while to find out that I had to toggle through my sound settings in order to get my speakers to send out sound. I did find that charging does take longer to charge as well I came across the issue where my headset (Razer as well) kept indicating a Red indication on the charging status.Cons (nut shell):- Chroma might change your audio settings from speaker to automatic headset option.- Software may ask you to log in when you start up your PC and as well long load times.- Charging may be a bit slow if you use the front port, I had my headset plug for 2 days and charging light still showed Red.- The RGB lighting does not turn off unless you do it from Chroma software. The light can be bright if you have it in your room.
There is nothing negative i could say about this unit. Its great to have a sturdy stand with access to additional USB A ports as well as a 3.5mm port. The only thing that i would of liked to see is maybe one or two USB C ports. Other than this razer made another high quality product.
I decided to purchase this after I sat on, and broke my last headset (black chair and black headset don't mix). Like all Razer products, the build quality is really good and the stand has a nice weight to it, so it is very stable. Design is simple, but sleek and the chroma lighting in the base is cool. The usb ports are nice I have had no issues with pass through. They also help give some added functionality, which helps make the price a bit more "worth-it". That's the only draw back this stand has... it's pretty pricey.Historically my Razer peripherals have held up well and lasted a long time, and as this stand has no moving parts, I expect it will have some long term durability.
Incredible! Not only a great headset stand, but also a perfect companion for any desktop or laptop. The usb ports are great for connecting extra devices and the rgb functions look incredible when synced with the rest of your accessories
I paid $60 for a headset stand. Yes I did. The lights are awesome. They connect seamlessly with the synapse software. Two usb ports in the front and the build quality is hefty and a 8/10. Buy it on sale.
