I have semi curly hair that, if the stars align just right, I can rock out some really nice curls. Otherwise, I look like I stuck my finger in a light socket. I received this product free for an honest review. Scent is very nice, just like the shampoo and conditioner in the same line, it has a subtle fruity scent, but not overpowering. I really like it, it smells very clean. My hair is very dry and frizzy and I usually have to use a lot of products after washing to try and tame the frizz. One of my chief beefs with many products is packaging. Thick, viscous substances are not always easy to dispense when bottled in upright containers that must be poured. For me, a pump just makes sense, which is why I save all of my pumps from my empty bottles to use when products are poorly packaged. Not sure if this makes sense to anyone else…Anyway, the Leave-In is packaged in a tube and because my hair is thick and coarse (4-C), I need LOTS of product so the tube does not work well for me. This product TRANSFORMED my hair. For some context, my hair is curly, super dry and damaged and has been bleached several times. Essentially, it is dead. A few days prior to trying out this line, I got in a hot tub and after, my hair was left a stringy, gummy mess.
