If you have wide feet this may not be the shoe for you. While it's really pretty on, the feet is uncomfortable. It gives a bit of a raise and it was super tight around my toe area. I got my normal size 8.5 and I should have gotten a 9.5 . The shoe runs small. For someone with narrow feet it would probably be an "exact" ita
Make sure you size up, I'm a size 7.5 and glad I read the comments to size up. These shoes do run small. I enjoy them for the gym.
