Disappointed with this product, have had Remington trimmers in the past that were much better. These don’t cut very well and hair seems to catch and pull quite often. It feels like it’s digging into your skin quite often. They do the job but not a pleasant experience.

Had used this trimmer for a few years. Never had any problem with it. Extremely good battery life; lasts for months and dozens of trimming cycles.Light weight and versatile use for body/facial hair.Highly recommended.

I have previously owned and returned 3 of the appalling previous model BHT250AU. On noticing the model no. had changed, i took note and returned my current split vibrating underpowered unit fur the new model, really not expecting a difference tbh.....BUTIT really was like night and dayThe motor SEEMS to be spinning a LOT faster, the low/close shave (0.2mm) side ACTUALLY WORKS, and all without vibrating, the shaving head height adjustment clips have been cast entirely different with additional/broader strengthing on the ends and no obvious cast joint in the middle.It is early days...but i think they might have actually addressed the few minor, but significant faults the 250 had....I just hope this one doesn't split in 2 too. ;-)

I bought this a couple of years ago and it did the job well. However, I recently dropped it once in the shower and it has stopped working entirely, which was quite disappointing because everything was in tact from the outside.
Had this shaver for 4 -5 years now, and found it to be an excellent shaver. Unfortunately my combs have broken and I don't know where to get replacements. I'm based in NZ, and can't find anyone who stocks them. Can you help?
It works a treat and the battery life is fabulous, however the combs aren't that durable and cannot be bought separately in Australia. Sadly I'll have to go and buy a new trimmer because Remington don't sell spare combs in Australia

I had bought this trimmer before and found it to be good so this was a replacement. I am extremely disappointed that I was sent a used one as there were hairs inside the plastic wrapping. I mean if your gonna send some one a used item at least make sure it is sanitised and clean as I don’t know who has used it. But I should be sent a new one as that was what I paid for! Will not be purchasing anything like this again ever online!
