It isn't as smooth on my face as others I've used in the past and I got some rash from it through having to go over the same area several times more than what I had been used to. The brush for cleaning also seemed lighter and not the same quality as previous ones.

I Brought this Item this afternoon and on the box it stated "60 run time" and "4 hour charge".I purchased the item based on this information. After opening opening the razor I read "The battery should be charged for 16 hours, and this will provide 40 minutes of shaving time." Please explain to me why the outside of the box exaggerates the information on the instruction manual. I have attached a pic of both box and instruction manual.

It does a great job. It is an improvement on previous models. I like that it is quieter than my old shaver.

I bought this last Friday; my Phillips battery doesn`t hold a charge. This R3 shaves closer and faster than the Phillips, it is quieter and leaves my face smoother. I am very pleased with its performance
It has been very convenient and it is great having the ability to use it wet or dry. Need to be careful around delicate skin but have found using it wet helps with this.
Work well but motor speed seem slow and weak. need several passes to get a reasonable shave. I have an other old shaver with 2 parallels set of cutters who despite his age still does a better job. it was more expensive of course! In fact I had Remington shavers with parallels cutter blades which seem to work better. Maybe I prefer the parallel cutters to the Phillips set of rotating set up. In fact, I also have a small travel battery powered Remington which cut better than any of my other shavers!
Service was great at this stage razor very good see how cutters last
I had a shave before and it was OK. It is not perfect and neither are most others. It did the job. I might have to have a wet shave a couple of times a week but that is OK.
Bought a cheap 3 head rotary shaver of eBay $26. Battery not so good. But a clean shave Remington completely useless. Only good for severe shave burns . Definately waste of money
Cuts quite well and has a good run time. Doesn't give remaining time of battery like my old remmington but was was cheaper. Good value
