I've had several shredders before this one and they were pretty useless. This Rexel Auto 100 is brilliant though. I highly recommend it. Does exactly what it says in the blurb !!Just load it up with documents, even if stapled together, and leave it to hum away doing its thing.

The top takes a maximum of 6 sheets, but in reality it only takes 4 before jamming. It could only then shred for a few minutes before over heating.

Doing home office for a couple of years together with private needs, this unit was a good choice for me.Since I don't get compensated for my purchases for work, the unit was cheep enough for me to buy.If I have a lot of documents to shred, I can just put them in the hopper and the unit will do the rest. Previously, I could spend an hour or more just feeding my old shredder.For me a good buy.
Purchased this model as I thought it would be a more convenient option for a small office, rather than stand over a shredder and feed sheets through, you pop the sheets in the top and it does the job for you. It says it takes 90 sheets, however, before shredding 90 sheets it either overheats or the waste chamber becomes too full.
We bought this shredder to use in our small office, unfortunately on our first use of shredding it overheated after only doing about 50 sheets,we left it to cool down but it took 15 minutes before we could continue and then it only worked for about 5 minutes before doing the same thing. Unfortunately we had to return it. The collection however has been marvellous and we are now awaiting a refund.
I love this item, It makes life so much easier. The AutoFeed feature saves so much time. I would highly recommend purchasing a Rexel Shredder.
Bought it specifically for the self feed options but it just overheated after about 30 sheets it stopped working and overheated. Took 20 minutes for it to cool down and then after another 10 sheets it overheated again. Tried it a number of times with the same results. It was returned the same day!
We have bought this shredder so staff dont have to stand and shred papers one by one, After using this shredder I would say manual paper shredding was better and quicker then this useless auto 90x shredder. it overheated after only doing 10 sheets,and cooling down process will take forever. I would never recommend this Shredder to anyone.
the 'up to six' sheet manual feeder works fine, but overheats after five minutes. The automatic feed just chugs away for ten minutes then the shredder stops because of overheating; the rollers have just been rubbing themselves against the bottom sheet and nothing was shredded
