Works well and as expected. Nice and quiet.I wild like better fitting bags to collect to avoid dust.I regret not buying a model with a bigger bin - it fills up too quickly.

What a bit of kit!!burnt out my last shredder, sat feeding paper for hours!now any shredding is popped in the lid, once there's a bit to do I close the lid and off it goes, quietly and can continue with my day! useful beep when the bin is full too!wish id bought one ages ago!

I bought this to replace the old shredder which finally gave up the ghost. You've heard the expression "Buy cheap, buy twice"? It's true! I was very frugal when I bought a replacement and it lasted a week and a half.I then paid a little more for the Rexel (still not hugely expensive) and the whole office seem very happy with it.

We are very happy with the performance of this model. Does what is says on the box. No issues. Delivered on time, in good shape, easy to install and get working. A good buy!
Bought one and jammed straight away despite using instructions for auto feeder correctly. Brought back in as I thought it was a lemon. Second one jammed after a couple days. I made sure I followed the instructions carefully but was an extremely disappointing product. What a waste!
Good shredding and auto feed works well. Only thing is shredded paper gets between bin and housing and stops the shredding. Needs to be cleaned out to get going again.
We purchased this shredder from Officeworks to shred a large amount of documents. We've barely used it and now it doesn't work at all. OF COURSE its out of warranty.
For 8k I would have expected that it came with oil sheets included as I subsequently found out these are required, after getting much paper jamming, or at least say you will need these when purchasing. The shreddedpaper falls down behind the bin so when emptying it and putting it back the bin does not close unless you pull out all the extra shredding left behind. I wouldn't buy another one.
I bought this shredder a few days ago. i looked at what it was supposed to be able to shred at a time. all rubbish. this shredded is poor even 2 pages stop it it beeps continuously and goes into reverse at the most simplest of tasks. According to Rexel this machine can shred reasonable volumes but at 2 pages a time its not worth the effort.
Good shredder although the explanation of how to shred credit cards and disk is limited, so much so I ended up getting a card jammed in the credit card slot with no way to remove it. The main shredder still works fine. Good feature that you can fill it with paper and leave it to get on with it. You cant overuse it too much or it overheats so its ok for a small office 15 employees but if you have more go for bigger model.
