Ordered my son a PSA1+ on the 17th Dec and then I read all the reviews which had me worrying about if the item would be here for Christmas as this is the worse time to Order but it arrived on the 21st of December and I was over the moon and my son loved it as I couldn't get it anywhere in London so a big thank you ... This is my first boom arm that I've ever bought and it's almost perfect. If there was one thing I could add to this is more articulation points so that I can place my mice in the perfect position.
Ordered my son a PSA1+ on the 17th Dec and then I read all the reviews which had me worrying about if the item would be here for Christmas as this is the worse time to Order but it arrived on the 21st of December and I was over the moon and my son loved it as I couldn't get it anywhere in London so a big thank you ... A silent-moving arm that's almost in every way better than the original. There's only two things to take note if you're buying this.The base:I use a fully desk. Because of the arm underneath the desk, coupled with a huge monitor with a hood, there's not many places to put the arm. I can't put it on the side because the clamp doesn't extend far down enough to clear it. So there's very few places to put it.The logo:It's not just the size that will be a bit annoying, but its placement. Rode absolutely saw a good chunk of the demographic being people on camera and wants to advertise their product. I paid a lot of money for it. I don't want to advertise it beyond that.Overall:A great buy, but definitely check to make sure the clamp is compatible with your desk
Good tension to support the load and quiet in operation. Don?t love the Rode silk screening at the mic end of arm sleeve, this caused showing in the streaming for their branding purposes. To be fair it is accurately presented in their product advertising, I just underestimated its prominence in practice.

Excellent product. I was a little concerned about balancing with a microphone attached. Mine is fairly light weight, and I wasn?t sure if the mass was enough to counter-balance the arms, but it actually balances quite well. Worth the money!
Pretty easy to setup and install. They seem to be holding up great for using them a few times per week. Minimal mic noise picked up, only sometimes when I bump the table since i have them mounted directly on that. Aside from that, way more flexible and user-friendly than my tabletop stands I was using previously.
