Royal Canin was most readily available of the urinary cat foods recommended by the vet. We give some dry cat food along with wet morsel pouches for two reasons: First, our cat loves to crunch dry nuggets, and they may help reduce tartar buildup on his teeth. Second and more importantly, he needs to watch his weight--we use a food scale to control his portion sizes and limit his caloric intake to not more than 220 kcal per day. This dry food has 3515 kcal per kilogram, or 3.515 kcal per gram. A gram is about six nuggets on our food scale. So if he really bothers us for a snack between meals, a half dozen nuggets seems to satisfy his hunger without us worrying about his weight.

Recommended by vet. Cat eats it daily. I used to get the large bag as I had 2 cats, but now sadly only one. The 3.5kg bag is very cost effective with free auto delivery that I can modify easily. Customer service is very helpful when needed. I store the food in airtight containers and it stays fresh. My cat also gets a small amount of wet food daily to give her some flavour variation.

My cats have been on this food for most of their lives due to health issues. They both really enjoy the flavour.I get their smaller bag as I do find the food gets a bit stale towards the end of the bag, they're happy to eat it but I think this would be a bigger problem with a bigger bag.My vet recommend I purchase it through pet circle as their pricing is better than what the vet could offer me.I have it set up for auto delivery and it has been a great experience. Any issues and the support team has been fast and effective at resolving them.

My cat will be 17 years old on 13th January. Recently she had a blood test at the vets and was found to have a kidney problem. My daughter had this product for her cat. She gave me some to try with my cat. She likes it. The vet explained the need for her to be on this product. My daughter recommended Pet Circle and I really appreciate the service which was excellent delivery the next day. I'm older nearly 78 years and have difficulty in walking etc. Having the food delivered is extremely helpful.
