Very nice holds a lot of water and minimum 1-2 cup boil is very quick.Writing rubs of and shears when cleaned also lid splashes water everywhere when removed.Is a decent kettle but could be better priced

Although the kettle boils quickly I find filling it cumbersome, I need two hands to remove the lid, the try to take care not to drip water collected under the lid and the when boiled the pouring funnel shape is too wide and can splash.

Bought this in January, made a cuppa this morning and the glass spout snapped off and fell into the kettle as the lid was lifted off to fill it. We are gentle with our stuff, so wasn't expecting that. Up till that point we had loved it. It was fast to boil, quiet as it did so.

This Russell Hobbs kettle doesn't have their usual lever-to-raise-the-lid (which sooner or later packs up, from past experience): you have to take the lid off and put it back. You get used to that. The glass body is easy to keep clean, and it makes it easy to avoid putting far more water in than you actually need. It's not particularly quiet, but it is quite quick.
Learnt a lesson not to buy brands off Amazon that I don’t know of! Can’t go wrong with Russell Hobbs and Dyas. Love the kettle and it’s blue lights works great !
Elegant glass jug and such a beautiful blue glow when switched on. I have had a white one and a black one. Both lovely.
Looks nice when new; if you have hard water then scale starts building quite quickly on the glass.Boils fast but is quite noisy.Filling ought to be easier- you either have to pull out the lid completely or fill through a fairly narrow space in the spout.
I am currently waiting on my 3rd kettle. 2 previous ones have broken due to the glass shattering around the pouring lip, no fault of our own. However the 2 year warranty is great and the customer service is 10/10. Would avoid the glass kettle as we have not had more than 4 months between cracks, however it is replaced quickly and the kettle itself I'd great until it isn't.
Not as good as other kettles I've had,Quite noisy, don't like the spout as when pouring the water out it makes a mess.
Looks good and boils fasf, not too noisy. But doesn’t pour well. It’s better when you remove the lid (but then that removes effect of the filter…) but because the spout is off-set to the right side, its a problem for right handed people like me.
