I recieved this item for free in return for an honest review. Ive been using this for a couple of months now and i have no complaints. Its handle is comfortable to hold no matter how full it is, whereas previous kettles ive owned have hurt my wrist to lift or hanve been awkward to handle. The quick boil options for up to 3 cups is really quick to boil and surely uses alot less electricity. The colour and material are pleasant on the eye and easy to clean. The lid is easy to open making filling it up an easy experience.

I love the look of this kettle and it looks good in my kitchen - very sleek. It is lighter and easier to hold than my previous kettle due to the smooth handle. It says that it's fast to boil one cup although I didn't find it any quicker than my previous kettle, i did find it noisier than my previous kettle. The lead is quite short to plug it in but this wasn't an issue for me. I found it very hard to see how much water I was putting in due to the location of the water gauge behind the handle. The easy pour function is great! Overall I rate it 4 stars due to the look of the kettle, the easy pour and comfort in holding the kettle.

I bought my cettle and toaster set in 2014, and as you can see, Im still using it end of 2023.Russel Hobbs never let me down!The look is acceptable by the age, for 6 years had no marks on it at all. Im really satusfied with my orders from Amazon-Russel Hobbs!These stuff look like never want to die, Im really surprised! :)Higly recommend the product, if you are lucky like me, you not gonna regret it!I had a washing machine as well, unfortunately i had to leave at my previous place due to lack of space, but that was amazing also, for 5 years I never had issue with it, did not need mechanical service! I washed a lot and never broke!Russel Hobbs has quality product! Im so happy to find them!Definitely will buy feom them if i will ever have to replace them.
Good kettle. It does all the things that it said it would and it is the second Hobbs kettle that we have bought. [The first developed a slight intermittent leak after a few years]The only negative is the Hobbs logo on the side of the kettle which has smudged. The same happened with the first Hobbs kettle. If you wipe it with a damp cloth it just makes it worse. Why does this happen? This seems to be quite a basic design fault. It spoils the look of an excellent value for money product..
I have purchased TWO of these kettles, one as a gift and the other as a gift in March 2022 and should still be under warranty.BOTH switches suffered with the same failure in that the plastic cover which protects the light within the switch, has split in half.According to the Russell Hobbs service department, replacements are not available, does this render the kettle unsafe? I could not get an answer. Do I get a replacement? No answer.The kettle continues to work well, but am I forced to purchase a replacement?I feel certain many purchasers will have had the same issue.Sadly, more Chinese rubbish!
Good Points: Colour is fine & matches our old Russell Hobs kettle.Good boiling time.Improvement Points: Lifting the lid doesn't open as wide as our old Russell Hobs kettle which opened by pressing a button on top of the handle. Pressing the button on the old kettle was far safer making it less likely to be burnt by steam.The filling indicater is very difficult to use & see. Our old Russell Hobs kettle had the filling indicater on the side & was very easy to use.The old Russell Hobs kettle was far superior to this newer model if indeed it is a newer model.Definitely gone backwards in design.

This kettle from Russell Hobbs is brilliant . First of all it looks simple yet stylish . Is looks and feels durable and hardwearing. It has a swivel base so can be used if you are with left or right handed . The lid is easy to open and easy to fill with the tap or water jug . Inside the kettle there are these paddle type things which is what I believe indicates to the kettle how much eater you have put in and thus how long it takes to boil . I think this is very clever , it boils water really quickly especially if you only put one or two cups worth of water into the kettle which makes it energy efficient and quick .
