Super lightweight, takes out the heavy work for a multi level garden with steps. Battery lasts longer than I needed, lovely and quiet. Compact design. Wouldn’t recommend for rough grassed ground with holes or mounds but for kept lawns it’s ideal. I’m very pleased with my purchase.

I've recently laid 90 sqm of grass, and using a Ryobi 5.0 Ah battery, it only completed about half of the cut before running out of charge!The extra batteries that I had were 1.5 Ah, so I had to purchase another 6 Ah battery, adding to my purchase cost (shame).Ryobi quotes 250 Sqm as the estimated cutting capability.I will say, that I have several other Ryobi work tools (drill, power impact driver, router) that all exceed my expectations...

A smashing lightweight machine that is ideal for a quick once over of a lawn that’s regularly mowed. It’s not designed to be a heavy duty machine for longer grass, I feel it’s just for shorter grass to keep it well manicured during the summer months.Battery life is good and it’s easy to clean after use. This is my second Ryobi mower as the last one finally needed replacing after many years of use.I do also keep a heavy duty mower on hand for times when I’m not able to regularly mow and the grass gets a little longer as this mower is not the right tool for the job with longer grass.Great little mower if used for its correct purpose - I wouldn’t be without mine.

First the good bits it's light, easy to manoeuvre and straight forward to use. However I bought this to replace my corded 6year old Ryobi mower. This new one is less robust and feels a little cheap. In particular the screws to fix the handle to the body of the mower and the leaver to heighten the cutting level. This is rigid plastic which feels it could easily break. The instruction manual pictures are cluttered and overwhelming. In the end I just used the pictures on the box! This mislead me as the fiddly screws attaching the handle to the mower unit are shown to screw in from the front, not so, they attach from the back and only just fit because of the closeness of the wheels. Oh yes make sure you remove the mulching tool before you mow as it comes fitted unless you want the clippings spread over your lawn.

I was very wary about choosing a cordless mower, using a variety of petrol machines professionally, and although a little flimsy the Ryobi 33cm mower is very capable of fulfilling my domestic needs. It cuts really well and handles the undulating landscape of my lawns, there's plenty of battery capacity (4ah) for my needs. So far so good.

Having had fake grass for many years we recently did a garden makeover and have laid a real lawn. It is not huge but I did want a mower. I already own many Ryobi tools and have an assortment if batteries so buying this mower was a no-brainer.It arrived very promptly and was very easy to set up. It is light but powerful enough for my garden.Easy to clean and folds flat so that it sits on a storage shelf in the shed.Very happy with this mower.

Already had some Ryobi batteries for my other Ryobi tools so buying this bare tool made sense and meant it was a economical choice. Our lawn is small to medium and the mower just about manages to do it on a fully charged battery. Cuts well. It doesn't seem terribly powerful, but is easily good enough for our size lawn.

I bought this to supplement my robot mower. It's perfect for lite work or a small garden. I would not recommend for a large garden.. It's lightweight, easy to use and maintain. I already have a number of Ryobi tools so was able to save money on batteries etc and just but the spare tool. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Absolutely useless

This lawn mower can’t cut anything at all. It constantly stalls out. It drains every battery I have in minutes. It’s taken days to cut my rear garden because it constantly stalls if the grass is more than 2 inches high

Must say i preferred the handle on my old one, find this one makes my arms acheRuns a lot faster than my old model, so gets through battery life a lot quicker.Although more cutting heights on this model find i am permanently on 1, which gives me no other option, last one used to be on 3 & could go lower
