I had been buying this through a local store and it was good so I checked MySupplementShop, the first time I ordered it it was the same and I liked it, no issues. The 2nd time I got a flavor I didn't like so just saved some money to get the one I did like (the oreo) but it was either not mixed well or something weird was in it. It was half black and half white powder crumbles so I tried to just combine it better myself but had several abdominal discomfort, gas, bloating and bathroom problems. So I halted use a few days. Tried it again and had the same reaction. Not sure what's going on with it or if the ingredients have changed but I will not be using this product anymore, and will not be ordering any more protein powder from MySupplementShop.

Overall I enjoy this protein powder. The price is hard to beat and when mixed, it breaks down relatively well. It has a flavor that accurately emulates what is described. My only issue is how sweet this particular flavor is. I expected it to be sweet, but this is significantly stronger than anticipated. It tastes like I'm drinking pure sugar. As a result, his flavor may be one I use specifically for mixing into certain desserts or other recipes. It might be too sweet to drink on its own. Otherwise, it is a satisfactory product and I'm interested in trying their other flavors.

I knew from the minute I opened and smelled the product that I was going to be disappointed. And I was. After reading so many reviews raving about the flavors of this powder this was a real letdown. Gingerbread had no distinct flavor other than the obvious protein powder taste. Even pudding mix did not mask it. Extra cinnamon did not mask it. Gingerbread extract distracted me enough to make it passable. I hope the marshmallow is better. This took a LONG time to ship (and none of my inquiries were answered). It cost a LOT more than my normal brand (which has more protein and tastes better). And I am not impressed.

Honestly, it is really worth the price. It is my first time trying Ryse’s loaded protein, and it was awesome. I also received a bottle on the side, which I use daily. I’m used to Gold Standard chocolate and vanilla flavors, which are decent tasting; they do the job of getting protein in. However, Ryse’s Cinnamon Toast Crunch (the one I tried) exceeded my expectations. It didn’t taste like a protein powder, which is the best part. It tastes as if you were to get a drink from your favorite refreshment shop. I’ll be a returning customer. The pricing for the product is a bit much. But I guess that’s understandable, considering it’s a trade-off for taste.
This stuff is SOOO good! I’m currently on a diet plan, and I struggle with sweet cravings. One of those is the Reese’s Peanut Butter Lover’s milkshake at Sheetz. This tastes EXACTLY like the Sheetz version without all of the calories. I take one scoop of this powder, 3 scoops of peanut butter, a cup of milk, and ice. I blend to the desired consistency, and it is great. I love that the marshmallow flavor is so versatile, so I may make strawberry, banana, and other flavors in the future. Doesn’t have a bad aftertaste either. This is a staple in my diet plan.
I am a marshmallow Connoisseur. This is the best protein powder I have ever tasted. If you know how to blend protein powders it comes out like cloudy marshmallow goodness! I mix it with plain Greek yogurt let it sit for an hour and I have a marshmallow flavored thick yogurt dessert. I use it to back chocolate protein muffins and by far the best tasting. I have religiously bought this at Walmart, which doesn’t jack up the wholesale price. This week every Walmart is sold out and I hope they didn’t get rid of it because I had to order it from across state lines today. It would devastate me if Walmart stopped carrying this!!
All I have to say is WOW! I absolutely LOVE the Ryse protein!! I first tried the Chocolate Cookie blast, which I loved!! I have since tried the Marshmellow, Vanilla Peanut Butter, Cinnamon Toast, and the Fruity Cereal. All are absolutely delicious!! I might have to try the peanut butter soon. They don't have that fake protein taste. Perfect in a shaker cup, blender with ice, or even overnight oats. These are the first proteins I have had that actually taste delicious in water and I almost prefer them in water over milk. Do yourself a favor if you are a low carb person like myself and try these!!! My non-keto husband also loves the flavors.
