Never buy this Product, i took it with me on 1 flight and had dents all over the place, so bad the chassis has difficulties to close, Product is not well made, Customer service states it's my own fault,Just press the alu with your thumb and it dents, to soft.Very expensive vs the quality

Flew with it four times internationally and it's wrecked. Huge dents everywhere. It's a really nice case other than that. I considered it because I liked the other brand of metal case, weight wasn't an issue but I didn't want to spend as much money. This case has been a real let down though, dents on every corner, and once dented it looses a lot of strength so next dent in that area is twice as big.

very good product, study and durable. does get a bit scratched up after first use but that is to be expected.
Light smooth strong. Survived a tough trip with multiple flights in Se Asia. Only thing is it now pushes at a slight angle rather than straight on.
I love that there's no zips so it's hard to break in to and it is almost Camouflaged as it looks like a lot of Aluminum looking PU cases
Ordered several Lite-Box Alo bags four weeks ago with engravement. Recieved the products and immediatly noticed that the engravements where in different sizes.Contacted customer-care several times by mail but without response. When i finally reach them by phone they promise that they will get back the same day, but never does. Samsonites customer service is not what you expect and should you have any issues with their products or deliveries, they are not taking responsibility.The bag itself feels cheap and plastic in the details and not the quality you expect for this price.I do not recommend that you buy these bags or anything else from Samsonite.

This 'Samsonite Lite Box Alu' aluminium 4 wheel spinner case looks visually stunning. It looks like the suitcase equivalent of an Amtrak train!. The quality of manufacture is very evident and it is practical and stylish without being too 'in your face'. The case is finished in an aluminium lustre finish with black handles and wheels. The case is riveted together and the inside features a black material lining with padded removable dividing pads and clothes restraining straps to assist in packing your belongings. The case has a three digit code lock which is TSA approved and has a concealed address tag. It feels very sturdy although with this comes some weight. The four double wheels and retractable double height pull handle makes for minimal effort manoeuvring and quiet handling. It is certainly a very expensive case and I would be very wary of its scratch and damage resistance compared to a cheaper alternative. If this was hand luggage/ cabin baggage I would feel more comfortable keeping it with me rather than leaving it in the hands of the baggage handlers to load in to an aircraft hold or unload it on to a baggage carousel. I used a wrap service to try and protect the exterior . Some light markings have appeared However there would be some comfort in knowing that your expensive holiday clothes are protected as securely possible by this offering from Samsonite.In summary, this a stylish well made suitcase which is high end quality and would more than meet the requirements of both the executive business man and the luxury tourist. As expected a really sturdy suitcase, well made of super strong materials with excellent wheels which withstand a a real bashing.reliable lock and combination device and very helpful internal dividers
