Nice size, and the water cooler in the door is really convenient. No drip tray really, but it doesnt drip so that hasnt been an issue. The "folding" shelf has been good for the occasional taller item, and the bottle holder is usually full of water bottles for the family, which is good. Its certainly cold enough too! Makes me realise how close my old one was to dead. The only issue is door storage. Not enough for the sauces and spread in our family, but YMMV. Fits the smaller vegemite, and crushed garlic, but struggles with too many other salad dressings and sauces. Overall, not a bad option. Glad i bought it, and I can live with the small issues.

I bought this fridge in Oct 2021 and it broke down 1 year later (complete power failure and refrigerant leak). Luckily was still under warranty so I managed to get a new fridge but not a Samsung since I have lost confidence in the brand. Customer service was pretty horrible too since all I kept getting is misleading information every time I called Samsung which was at least 20 phone calls before they couldn’t help me with anything. I ended up getting store credit from appliances online which is where I purchased this fridge initially and bought a Mitsubishi fridge instead. Highly recommend Mitsubishi fridges as they are made in Japan and are a great quality and are reliable.

Due to limited time the decision was made to rely on well known brand with reputation vs other trademarks which would give more possible features for the less price. So far so good and our family has no regrets we picked this Samsung bottom mounted fridge. Nice and ergonomic design, excellent performance with pretty roomy space inside to fit everything an average family would need for ongoing culinary needs. Very silent and efficient operation with a lot of useful functions. It’s going with 10 year compressor warranty which adds a lot of confidence it won’t let you down. Cold water dispenser adds additional coolness in hot Australian summer!

From first use the fridge section failed to cool properly and internal light did not come on. A service technician was able to quickly remedy the fault. The door position sensor wasnt installed properly from factory.Now one dash in the digital temperature display fails to illuminate and weve had the fridge for less than a month.Apart from the display the fridge works well now. The upside down layout is better for accessibility and the water tank with external tap is very handy.Not a lot of options for adjusting the shelves so a bit of planning might be required. The freezer drawers are very convenient. The ice cube tray makes ridiculously small ice cubes.Would I buy it again Maybe. Great space size fridge. Love the foldebable shelve, for those family feast, when you need occasionally bigger space. Wine rack, another plus, can take it out if you don't need it, but handy to have. Water spout, without connection is awesome. Have old house, so no conbection to fancy fridge. Ice making cubes with bellow storage is awesome. Love it. Nice and quiet, with alarm to alert kids to close it when they mistaken it for TV 😀. Freezer is decent size. Love this fridge.
I'm happy with this fridge, and it has met all of my expectations. It's roomy inside, and the folding shelf at the bottom comes in handy. It's quiet, and I barely hear it running. The only downsides I could mention are the ice maker holder, it's shallow so don't expect to hold alot of ice in the freezer tray. Also the egg holder container is mobile and moves around in the shelf, so I don't store my eggs in it for that reason. the water dispenser is great, its 2lts and easily filled to keep it flowing. Overall i got a great buy and im happy i chose this fridge. The service appliances online were also fantastic To deal with, and would recommend to anyone else.
I’m really happy finally having a bottom mounted fridge. It has made a difference. Definitely food lasts longer and keeps fresh longer. Freezer drawers bigger than I thought. Only just a few gripes the water drawer easy to spill water when pouring water in tub. The freezer drawers don’t come out easily, egg tray a bit too high. Volume it’s a constant hum not a clunk like my other fridges. I do hear it at night that’s because I have a galle kitchen close to bedroom but it’s fine. Overall fantastic fridge unbelievable how much room there is.
I had this Fridge delivered this morning. I have always purchased Westinghouse, and my nearly new Westinghouse wouldn’t fit in my new place, so had to purchase a new fridge quickly. I’m beyond disappointed that I purchased this fridge. It’s shelves just pull out with nothing stopping them, the tri fold shelf is extremely clunky, cheap, and looks like the plastic sides will snap very soon. The door pockets are ok. They are extremely shallow though and basically useless.!especially since nothing yiu put in the door gets cold!! User manual also says to not put perishables in the door! The only reason you put anything in a fridge is because they perish!!!! This fridge has been in since 11.30am. It’s now 10pm, I’ve had a few bottles of water in there to test the cold ... MoreI had this Fridge delivered this morning. I decided to buy a new fridge even though my old was still working and thought to have my old as a second fridge in garage, I got it delivered and the top corner was dented and the fridge for over hangs the freezer door which is ridiculous. My old Fisher & Paykel was so much better in so many levels but decided to buy another brand. After I contacted Samsung they quickly allocated the closest repairer who I was very unhappy about. They changed over the door but now over hangs more. Does anyone else have this same issue? I’m so upstart and disappointed. Regretful buy! Samsung have not done anything else to fix this! Worthless fridge. I loved my old better! I should have stuck with what I know and a well made product! Never again buying Samsung!
We got it because our old fridge as too small. Suprisingly the fridge when it came looked the same size. At first I was upset because It turned out it was only a few cm bigger depth and height. But wow the way the compartments are organised inside just made the fridge have SO much leftover room! Before we could barely fit our freezer foods. When we put them in we still had so much space. The wine rack is a nice addition too for soft drinks and so forth. We love it.
