Do not buy this fridge. No really, just don't do it. Two reasons: One, ours failed within 3 months. Two, if you have an issue, Samsung will leave you high and dry. Read on if interested. Our fridge failed to cool after 3 months (no matter the settings, fridge temp stayed at 10 degs, and freezer between -2 and -10). So we lost a fair bit of food. After a lot of time on the phone with Samsung they offered a refund or replacement, with a lead time of up to 5 weeks, with no compensation for having no fridge in the meantime. I would suggest not buying Samsung products from outside their core business of phones and AV equipment as this is not the first quality issue I've heard of in their white goods. We bought this fridge because when our last one died, this was literally the only model (bar one with an inbuilt water dispenser and any tiny fridges) that would fit into the fridge cavity in our kitchen. From the day it was installed it has made a quacking noise (still waiting for the tech to come and inspect it). There is a lack of options to vary heights of the shelves so you are stuck with them at the heights and spacing they come in. The butter shelf only just fits a butter container - it literally just scrapes the top and bottom of the shelves as you take in it and out. And the weirdest and most annoying of all things is the bottom freezer drawer only extends out about 10-15 cm!!! That's just totally crazy. You can't open it fit in or take things outs. I've never owned a bottom-mount fridge/freezer before, so this was a new experience. I love the ability to control the temperature, and it is much easier to access the refrigerator on top. The fridge is incredibly roomy and the bottle holder means I have much more shelf space than expected. I was also pleasantly surprised by how much room is in the freezer! I've managed to take everything from my old top-mount freezer and half the contents of a small stand-alone freezer into this! It does make a low quiet hum, but for me its just background noise, but I think other people have had an issue with it. I love this bottom mount Fridge / Freezer. I waited a long time to buy it and I regret waiting so long, its just so good! Highly recommended

Bought this fridge specifically because the door hinge was interchangeable. Changed the door hinge ourselves and managed to get it done despite the fact that the manual didnt give instructions specific to the model. It defo took a long time (around 2-4 hrs), however because the manual wasnt customised to the model we had, we forgot to return the door wires / magnet to where it should be placed. Called customer service and they didnt know a thing about the model! In the end, they referred us to a service center. Guy who came in was great, just brought the magnet back in its place and Ive been told Im not the only one who got frustrated with this manual issue and poor support from Samsung CS. I am absolutely thrilled with my bottom mount Samsung Fridge. It's even better and bigger than I had expected. The crisper keeps my fruit and veggies fresh for longer and the freezer holds even more than my old upper mount fridge. The best thing about this fridge is that I can keep it clean and free of the mouldy containers that I couldn't see hidden in the dark recesses of my old one. The wine rack is a fabulous bonus too and I store cheese in the space beneath because it's so roomy. I could not love this fridge more.
I bought it on 24-12-2022 through the appliance central website, delivered on 27-12-2022. This is our first time with Samsung. We bought two things a refrigerator and a washer. Unfortunately, both are faulted. The washer's dispenser automatically comes out after a while during spinning and the fridge didn't even work. We contacted the Samsung technical support team. Let's see whether they will be able to fix this problem. But, we are disappointed with our brand new purchase. We will only know its performance when we'll able to use it and then again I'll Review it. Kindly fix this problem as soon as possible Thanks Samsung team...

The Harvey Norman guys were super efficient in delivering it in the rain, exactly to schedule, and then quickly setting it up for us, ready to use almost immediately. Despite the rain, they got it inside our apartment so quickly that it hardly got wet. The price was pretty reasonable too. I highly recommend this fridge from Harvey Norman.
I am very happy with my new refrigerator. I was pleased to find such a good fridge to fit the space under the top cupboard as most refrigerators now are higher. It has a sleek look, especially the side handles, excellent lighting and flexible shelving. I like the twist mechanism for releasing the iceblocks. The only feature I would have liked is a dedicated drawer for fresh meat and small goods. However I assume that the capacity does not allow for that.
I love the deep shelves and there are plenty of them. You can easily take some out if not all needed and to give height to the space between the shelves. The freezer drawers are large. I like having 2 large ones and a smaller one. The ice compartment is handy, however the ice drawer is not that large so will not hold a lot. You would have to have a separate container if you were expecting to use a lot of ice in one go. We changed the door from left opening to right opening to suit our space better. This was not too hard to do. There is only one piece that is not reversible and you do not get this as an extra included. It is a cover that goes on the top hinge of the door. The Samsung 427 litre bottom mount fridge is great. It is very quiet and the instructions provided make it very easy to change settings if desired. The best thing about it though is that it is good for my ageing body. My old fridge had the freezer at the top and the vegetable crisper at the bottom. This meant that when I was after items in the crisper I had to either bend my back or get down on my knees and scavenge for the cucumber. Neither approach was good for my skeleton. Now, I just have to open the door and pick what I want from the crisper. Much better for my ageing body.
