This machine replaced its predecessor that had lasted over eight years without significant issues. This is a similar model and is satisfactory for our needs. The Google connection is a bit of a gimmick that lets me know when the washing is finished and over usage stuff, The model has a a steam clean function that I havent had occasion to use as yet. It does the job, and as we got the extended five year warranty (which we tend to do with most of our capital outlays) we dont expect any issues

Purchased this washer during Black Friday sale to replace an ancient one. So far it exceeds my expectations. Lots of pre-installed cycles to choose from, smartphone connection (which I found not very useful but still nice) and the most important - it does the job very well. Clothes, towels, bedding - everything is nice and clean. Build quality of the washer itself is good as well and it looks simple yet stylish. Love it so far!

Our previous washing machine needed replacing after working seamlessly for 12yrs so we thought we’d buy a Samsung. We bought the 7.5kg front loader. Big mistake. Within 6 weeks it was leaking water on the ground. We assumed any faults would be covered under warranty but instead they blamed us saying it was damaged by clothes being caught in the door. How ridiculous and what sort of poor design is that. Beware buying this machine. I’ll never buy a Samsung product again.

The Samsung 7.5kg front loader has been a solid replacement for my 15 year old whirlpool. There is a great variety of wash settings for which you can change the temperature and spin revs as well. I am yet to try them all, so unsure how good the quiet and steam hygiene settings are and I'm unlikely to set up or use any of the AI. The settings are also not too long in time. The door is quiet big, meaning you can't leave a laundry basket below it, and I do worry about the longevity of the door closing mechanism as it doesn't sound like a reassuring "click" when it closes. The outlet hose is a decent length, which meant it could reach my laundry sink easily and not be taught. As yet I'm unsure about the efficiency of it's power and water use. Very happy with this washing machine. My old top loader was starting to leak after 21 years so I made the leap to this Samsung - it’s easy to use, quiet and has pleasantly surprised me with the variety of washing options available. I had heard horror stories about wash cycles taking aeons to complete, but there are quick washes too. I went with Samsung for the great energy and water efficiencies and can report my clothes and wallet are doing well
Ive only had it for a few weeks, but its a really good washing machine. It took a little while to understand how to use it, but after reading the manual thoroughly, it became very easy to use. It even has a feature to start the wash cycle using your smartphone.The only negative is the wash cycle times. Depending on what you are washing, a cycle can be anywhere between 15 minutes (small load) and a little over 2 hours. But most cycles take an hour on average.Other than that, its a great product.
Bought this a month ago and loved it. The setup was simple, and the connection with my Samsung phone was easy. No hassle, good delivery. Just have one complaint regarding the detergent slider. I feel like this is loose, not only for me but for the whole product. This didn't cause any issue to me but in past, I've had other machines which gave a kind of click sound when I open/Close but this one can open as easily as butter on a hot pan.

The machine has wifi connectivity with an app to download. The app will explain the cycle your wash is on and how long is left, along with several other analytics. I dont see much need for it however it does track how many washes you do and lets you know when to do a drum clean - and yes, there is a drum clean cycle. Overall a very solid, quiet, high performance washing machine with an amazing value.
I bought this a week go to replace a fisher & paykel. Its a really good machine, mixes detergent at start of cycle as the wash begins, makes sure its dissolved fully. Using OMO Anti-bacterial powder gave pretty good result. spin drys better than the old machine. Overall happy with it, nothing negative to say about it. Happy camper!
Used once so far. It took us a while to figure out how to make the setting to our needs, as there isn't one in the pre-defined program list that suits us. We had a bedsheet and a small bath towel to wash. So we selected the bedding option, reduced the pre-set time to 1 hour (from 1 hour 40min perhaps?). After completing the cycle, we found out that such setting didn't include rinse! So we put the washing back in, and selected the 15min quick wash option to do another 15min.
