Finally got delivery of my 4 door/middle drawer Bespoke with custom charcoal glass panels now more than a month old. This is the quietest fridge I have ever owned or heard. Yes you can hear the ice drop but its not nearly as noisy as some claim it to be. The beverage center is working fine so far noting the density of the filter the water does come out slower than expected epsecially if your water source is a well pump and not city water so its a little expected. If you want a faster flow and you dont care about every chemical taken out by the OEM dense filter buy a replacement filter later for taste and oder only which should allow water to flow more freely on fills. I have no issues with doors slamming as some complained or heaviness to open and close them and one should ensure the fridge is properly leveled. The beverge pitcher will not fill unless the door is closed so don't put it back in its location and sit around waiting for a fill to start with the door open but you can hear it starting and stopping the fill process once the door is closed. The app has some nice features besides adjusting some of the panel settings remotely. The alarm alert and energy used report features are esppecially usefull as well as turning on/off each icemaker independently. The energy chart suggest 685kwh per year usage while I have been using just 1 to 1.2 kwh per day which amounts to about 450kwh at most for the year which is way better than projections but then again its only me goingin and out of the fridge and not a family.

I've had this Washer and Dryer set for 2 weeks and its my first front-load washer. I feel like I should be in the "honeymoon phase" with these appliances but so far its just very, meh... the washing machine doesn't fill with enough water for my liking. When the cycle pauses before starting to spin in the opposite direction, I don't see any residual water at the bottom of the drum unless I'm washing a really small load. The clothes all appear wet but just doesn't seem like enough water to evenly distribute detergent on all of my clothes. The auto-dispense for Detergent and softener seems a bit too stingy. Unless I manually add Detergent, I don't see many suds (with the auto-dispense method). Theres also no place to manually add fabric softener so i have no choice but ... If it's becomes more beneficial to manually load Detergent, then my 3 star rating will become a 1 star rating and I'll probably sell this set for better ones, with a different manufacturer.

After a long wait, we recently received our new Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator. The fridge definitely exceeded our expectations. It is very stylish and customizable. You can order and replace the exterior door panels in different colors to match your home’s interior design. Using the Samsung Smart Things app, we can send pictures to the fridge and create a slideshow on the 32’’ screen located on the refrigerator’s main door. There’s also a pre-installed app with an art collection that can be displayed. Even the water pitcher is customizable, with an option to infuse it with a flavor. Unlike in other models, the freezer has two separate sections with two different doors, which is perfect for us. We can separate frozen veggies and vegan meals from the meat.The 32’’ screen located on the main door serves so many purposes and has so many features. I can stream music while cooking, listen to podcasts, display recipes, see who’s ringing the doorbell in front of the house, check the weather or our family’s calendar, and leave notes for other household members.The refrigerator is Wi-Fi connected and communicates with us. It alerts us when a food item is about to expire or when the fridge door is open. It also connects to other smart appliances in our kitchen.We only buy appliances that improve our quality of life, and the Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator achieved this goal. The design team was very creative, developing many new features unlike in any other fridge.
Stay away from this model (RB12A300631) if you can. Literally, in Autumn outside is colder than inside this fridge. We bought this fridge on June 2022 but didn’t use it until August of 2023, so the warranty expired by the time we got a chance to try it.It worked fine for just a couple of weeks and then it stopped making cold at the main compartment of the fridge, only the freezer continued to work. The fridge part literally had a “room” temperature in it and we lost a couple of hundred dollars in spoiled products.We contacted an, authorized by Samsung, service center “Dial Appliance Service” and they charged us $412.64, so half of the price of the new fridge. The temperature was set to 1 degrees Celsius (or 34* F) and the top shelf stayed on 16 degrees Celsius (~61*F). We gave it many many days to cool, even followed the service center advice to apply some petroleum jelly on the door rubber seals.The lower shelf shows 10 degrees Celsius (~50*F), rarely goes down to 8. It is a pretty small fridge and 2 top shelves are literally unusable and lower shelves barely can preserve products. We continue to lose products because of that. Literally now outside is colder than in the fridge.It was also not an easy task to find a service center who works with Samsung fridges, many of them didn’t want to work with it and were saying that they don’t work with it because of low quality. I strongly recommend not buying this fridge and maybe Samsung fridges in general. We already lost much more money because of this fridge than the much more expensive fridge could cost. See pictures (the bottom number is the current temperature in Celsius) and stay away.
The Bespoke 4-Door Flex Refrigerator 29 cu. ft. with Family Hub+ is an outstanding refrigerator. I love how unique it is and how much detail was put into it by Samsung for flexibility and convenience. The Bespoke refrigerator came in a Charcoal Glass Top and Stainless-Steel Bottom Panels with one of the right hand side top panels being a full size touch screen. I was very amazed as to how easy it was to set up once it was installed with the water line connected. The water filter came preinstalled in the unit and all you had to do is follow the onscreen instructions to set up. The family hub interface is super user friendly and is a touch screen on a 32” screen (very large for a fridge). It’s easy to navigate through the different menus or multiple desktops and reach ... It’s easy to navigate through the different menus or multiple desktops and reach the apps if needed. It operates very similarly to the android galaxy series phones which I have so it flawlessly connected to it directly and made setup a breeze. There are multiple settings for the fridge including individual control of both the bottom sections. You can customize having both serve as a freezer or have on the right be a ‘Drinks’ cooler and the other side serve as your freezer. I chose this option as the right-hand side did have a wine rack built in which is awesome. I now have it set on drink mode and it makes all my wine be chilled and serve as my drink hub. It’s also low enough for my kids to reach in and grab juices/sodas etc as needed to keep up with hydration. The Inside of the fridge has LED cool white lights which are very bright. It’s easy to access whatever I need and I can customize all the shelves the way I like to make sure everything fits. It’s very large inside (29 cu feet) compared to my previous unit which was 25.5 and I thought that was big. This is definitely a huge upgrade. I love that I can have multiple locations with Samsung’s FLEX crisper drawers that will automatically keep the right temperature in those once you tell it what’s there. There are also multiple cameras built into this unit doors so you can knock and see exactly what’s inside without having to open it. It even labels the items for you (this feature I would say still needs a lot of work) but does detect the majority of standard items properly. You can also tell it once you view what’s inside the expiration date and it will remind you a few days in advance that for example ‘spinach’ is expiring in a few days and so forth. Pretty nifty feature. With that also comes the add to shopping list button that allows you to immediately add it to your list so you can have your grocery list on the go later and restock. I absolutely love the ‘smart’ features of this unit. It works very well with Alexa built in and smart things and I added almost all of my compatible smart devices to it to be able to control my devices straight from the fridge. My kids love the Samsung TV built into this as now they eat breakfast and watch some cartoons sometimes on the refrigerator. I love that I can add my shared calendar to it with my wife and it syncs up with our phones so that we can now see our daily planner live on the fridge. You can even leave voice messages or stickers, or even post it notes directly on it. Very convenient features already built in. It has a timer and even recipes depending on the food you have in the fridge for when my wife is cooking dinner so she uses that often and it has music streaming services such as Pandora, iHeart radio, and spotify. I personally love that it will beep if the door is open and send me a notification if the door is still open if my kids forgot to close the door as that happens occasionally. I’m able to now enjoy live TV, music, and practically other entertainment on this fridge while cooking or cleaning around the kitchen. The fridge keeps the different ‘flex zones’ at the right temperature every time and it’s easy to adjust at any time in the settings menu. I love the hidden water and hydration station which allows for easy quick refill of water cups, ICE down below whether you like small cubes or large (it has both) and even comes with a scoop, or just infuse the water in the provided water pitcher. It will even refill that automatically for you once it’s low. The filter is super easy to replace and conveniently located below in the middle for a quick twist on/off installation. The unit is a fingerprint magnet so be prepared to clean it especially if you have kids like I do but nonetheless, a very good quality fridge with convenience and flexibility built in. I love that I can make whatever side I want be the freezer, or fridge, the flexible crispers which keep temps on their own relative to fruits/veggies, and the built in UV deodorizer which gets rid of nasty smells and bacteria. The unit fits perfectly between my cabinets and does not stick out much even though it's bulky and bigger. The screen is very responsive and I’m able to customize the desktops to the apps I use most. It even has a screen clean mode and will lock all controls of the screen so you can clean it which is a nifty feature. As long as you have good wifi in the kitchen, this unit will have no issues with buffering. Definitely a quality product that should last years! My family is definitely excited about this fridge and it will be put to good use daily.
