Love love love. I live in a townhouse with an internal laundry closet, no airflow, just a small extractor fan. This dryer is amazing for the space. It is stacked on my Samsung washer. It does not create any humidity, it's all contained in the machine. I use the water compartment and empty it after each dry. Super easy to use, dries clothes nicely, doesn't shrink clothes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this dryer along with washer WW95T754DBT/SA and the stacker kit (SKK-UDW) as we don't have room to install side by side. Very happy with the purchase, the dryer and washer perform as promised and the installation process was clear and easy to follow. The network connectivity is nice - even a receive discreet notification on our TV when a wash or dry is complete.

Bought this item after comparing with pretty much all dryers in the market. After research, I noticed that reverse tumble action is one of the most important function for cloth dryer, so I wanted to buy with that function to minimize wrinkles. However, this doesn't have that and I bought this. The reason is efficient dry (w/ AI function) with moderate humidity would perform better in terms of qualities (clothes damage protection, minimization wrinkles, etc). It perfectly works and well connected with my mobile, so I can get notice when it's done. Also it's value for money. Highly recommend for those who need quality dry.

All seems great, only just got but works well so far, middle of summer so havent used much but many settings and quiet compared with previous. Is very heavy so need to get height perfect b4 fitting in tight spaces as difficult to move compared with with washing machine and if you twist into place can alter screw out legs. Overall seems very good time will tell and very happy with style next to matching washer.
It's a great looking smart dryer (which means you can setup remotely interact with it, i.e. getting notifications etc). It works well, nice and quiet, ease to use. It can reach the power saving goal in a long run. I recommend this product!
Ordered online, delivered the next day morning. Happy with the dryer so far. I'm glad I went with the 9kg model. Being a heatpump model, it can take a long time to fully dry clothes.
Certainly cheaper to run. No quieter than a normal dryer. A learning curve to get the clothes dry using the correct cycle but the dryer will definitely get them dry. The drain hose is smaller than a washing machine so both w/m and dryer drain hoses fit into a 40mm waste pipe. Connects to wifi and smart things app which is good, not necessary but good. So far happy with the purchase.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is not a cheap machine to buy, but it's incredibly cheap to run and it dries everything superbly in a fraction of the time a normal machine does. It doesn't 'bake' your clothes or towels, and there's no static like a normal dryer. And, the moisture is collected by the drawer in the machine so there's no dampness in your laundry or house. It's well worth the extra money!
I bought this dryer 4 months ago during a period of extended rain and it has been incredible. It has targeted drying programs that are super efficient and time savings. I have had many dryers in my life, but this one is hands down the best ever! I wholeheartedly recommend it.
As we had a commercial Speed Queen top loader for over 20 years, which was amazing and never broke down, even with only 2 services, as we were renovating our laundry and needed a new washer and dryer, I took ages doing my research. We have had Samsung 9kg heat dryer for about 4 weeks, and I couldn't be happier with our purchase. It's so easy to use, cycle selection is simple and drys clothes well. Very happy.
