Got this on Cyber Monday. Waited 4 days for (separately purchased) case before setting it up. Spent 2 hours personalizing it and transferring info from my old Motorola then plugged it back in to recharge. Checked again a couple hours later and it wouldn't turn back on. I couldn't even do a factory reset to erase what data I loaded. It's just so clean! Fingerprints are not a problem. The cameras are absolutely amazing. Every chance I get to show people this phone take pictures of the moon I take it. I've not experienced any lag or glitch on the device, works completely great the two punch hole cameras on the front are great. With the ability to have face unlock, fingerprint, pattern lock password and pins now that's fantastic.I will like to recommend that Samsung work on the front camera which is amazing but have a better face unlock ID which will be a great experience and also add widgets to a bunch of 3rd party apps & improve Samsung Notes, Voice Recorder make the voice to text like the Google Pixle 7 Pro, Samsung Music make it more the HUAWEI Music app, Smart Switch to be able to customizable on good lock, make bixby more nice add color to it & the email app.Thanks.

I couldn't be more wrong.When the phone came, there were damaged OLED panels. Sago was very nice in exchanging me another one. But I realized there were still damaged OLED panels in other places on the screen. By the time I noticed, it was past the exchange window.The phone was in fact slower than my S9+, and didn't felt like it was in new condition. Even the packaging smelled strongly of chemicals. The only thing that was good was the newer camera. But even that was as slow as my old phone.The worst part is the fingerprint sensor. But that's not Sago's fault, but Samsungs. Wireless Dex lets me check msgs on my PC without have to mess with my phone, except for fingerprint unlock.Only time it really slows is during graphically intense gaming. It'll start overheating causing throttling and really choppy framerates. I either have to turn off performance mode to try and drop clockspeed, or take off the case, which usually just makes me not want to play games at all.Not really a mobile gamer so would probably buy another Galaxy S-Series phone again.
