Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G-128GB 12GB RAM-Cosmic Black-Excellent

I loved the camera. But that doesn't cancel out the overwhelming negative that this thing has a glass jaw! It can't take a hit. If your toddler drops it onto your linoleum floor, your phone is a gunner. At least it's wholeness. I dropped mine after about a month or so after my old phone was stolen. It wasn't even a s and I dropped that thing so many times but only a few times did it get damaged. Let's be clear, my phone is in my hand most every single day most of the day. They didn't have a case at the Walmart i bought it from. And I also had some money trouble so I used my case money on something more needed at the time. Anywho, first drop was on smooth concrete from waist high and I'm 5' 7" so that was less than a 3 foot drop. Shattered the corner. The latter 3 ... MoreI loved the camera. I remember one I was sitting in the car with my phone in my lap and forgot it was there so when I got out I kinda brought it with me. It kerplunked onto blacktop and I can't remember if it broke the camera glass or if it pinched the front screen. But the pinched screen has made it almost worthless. It constantly pulls down the quick access screen. It also goes crazy constantly. Most times I can't even complete a Google search. It'll bounce to another screen. Be it from the settings or sometimes random websites and other problems. It's drove me to cuss. I would get it fixed but it's 400+ to fix the screen crack. Not the camera protector glass, the shattered corner or another chip in the other side. I would throw the thing through the wall but I have 30 more months to pay on the damn thing. Biggest freaking ripoff of a phone I ever encountered. Trading the sucker for a s22 with hopes It'll be a better phone. Gorilla glass 6 is FATALY FLAWED. It isn't even a tiny monkey. You could break it dropping it into a paper bag.If Samsung stood for quality products and customer satisfaction they would recall these and factory fix them. Or offer full pay off credit towards a later model. Or a even swap.Samsung S22 ultra 5g SUCKS and so does Gorilla Glass 6.

Extremely satisfied customer of the last of the Galaxy Note Series...

I've had this phone over a month now and I have zero complaints. The phone was as advertised, new in box, clean IMEI, and flawless. I had no issue activating with my wireless carrier and the phone has been better than expected. Battery life is several days with normal usage (calls, text, random notifications, occasional web browsing, limited social media access), the interface is user friendly, and storage is sufficient. I do have a 256 GB micro SD card installed and try to make sure apps and other things get stored there first. Pleasantly surprised and very grateful I have been receiving several updates since activating meaning I am up to date with Android and security patches. Great Phone

Some of the black paint had come off between the screen and top edge of the phone. It was very minor, you'd have to look close to see it and it will be covered by my case anyways. Other than that there wasn't any sign of wear on the rest of the body and the screen. I didn't benchmark the battery but it seems pretty good overall after using it for a few weeks.It came with a charger and cable which has already been mixed up with the mountain of cables I already have so I can't comment on those other than I'm sure it didn't come with a charger that will do 'super fast charging'. But even if you buy new you don't get one for most phones (including this as I recall).It's about 1/3rd the price of new. The fact Samsung removed this feature even on their newest ultra phones is terrible.I'm happy to the point where I can't see myself buying a new phone anymore. Okay phone, but not worth the price

I've had this phone for about 2 years now. A friend more or less gifted it to me as I needed a better phone and service compared to what I had at the time. The phone itself in regards to its appearance is fine. In my opinion the camera is also fine but it could be better. Sometomes it randomly loses focus or has difficulty focusing. Some times image quality is blurry but 8/10 its usually okay. I like the large screen as well. My issues lie with my internet/data service. For whatever reason this phone LOVES to randomly disconnect and reconnect from data and wifi alike. I'm really hoping it's temporary because if it's not I am concerned with whether or not I will continue remaining a customer for long. It's one thing to experience some mild issues but to have the phone practically unusable on a daily is quite excessive. When an app crashes and I'm prompted if I want to report the issue, even that service crashes making me unable to even report my issue. Lastly my GPS functions are weird. Not only is it frequently "weak" but also it gives semi frequent inaccurate data.. or it bounces me all over the place. Overall it's an okay phone, but in my option it's FAR from worth the price.

I have to say that this phone is a great device with loads of features and plenty of power. The design of the phone is sleek and modern, and it fits great in my hand. The 6.9-inch display is beautiful, and the resolution is stunning. Watching movies and videos on this phone is a pleasure. Samsung S20 great phone and an excellent upgrade from the Galaxy S10

I have been using Galaxy phones for a considerable amount of years. Personally I can't fault them. The Galaxy S20 has a far better screen than the FE version with it being glass and also has the edge curve where the FE is just a flat screen. As for speed of the phone all I can say is that it is slick and responsive. I thought the S10 was good but there is a pleasant noticeable difference on the S20. The S20 is slightly bigger than the S10, and for me that is more than comfortable. I don't need a phone the size of a tablet. The screen resolution is far superior than the FE which makes wonder why the FE became more popular? I also got an official Samsung clear view cover which is excellent and does not bulk out the phone. Still the only Samsung phone with 16GB of RAM, insanely fast

I've had my Galaxy S20 Ultra 5g since it came out, and I have yet to find another phone that even comes close. The 16GB of RAM makes multitasking better than most gaming computers. I can literally have 2 movies downloading, 4 videos downloading, and 50+ web pages open and be on Facebook and nothing lages for even a split second, and no I'm not kidding or exaggerating one bit. I'm a tech freak especially with phones and I go get hands on time with every single new device as soon as they are in the store and nothing comes close. And yes some of those tutu phone score things will rate a few phones better, but those tests don't mean anything. We can all agree that hands on experience running them side by side it what matters and again, nothing beats this phone.
