The Samsung Galaxy Ultra is the most advanced smart watch I've ever had the pleasure of using. Before this I had been previously using the Galaxy Watch 4 Classic, and this was showing it's age 3 years after release, as software updates had started to render the watch sluggish. There is no such problem with this watch as the 3nm (5 core) processor keeps this powerhouse running buttery smooth all day long. The ruggedness of the watch is evident and it has stood up to my lifestyle, and the case is yet to even scratch, seemingly very durable. The sapphire crystal display means that it is unlikely the screen will be easily scratched, and that was certainly my experience with the watch.In the regards to the display, the 2" AMOLED panel is so very vibrant. There is no problems reading this display, even in direct sunlight, which is so refreshing and unlike even many premium phone displays. The ability to read in direct sunlight is also helpful when either using it for exercise tracking, or following directions with Maps.The battery on this watch is one of the most impressive features. I didn't use it for sleep tracking, but even using it with the always on display on at all times I was still going to bed with over 65% of battery, despite taking it off charge at 7am in the morning. This is helpful for occassions when charging would be inconvinient and longevity is key.In summary, this powerhouse of a watch fully deserves the 5 stars I've given it. My only gripe with this iteration is of the premium samsung watch line doesn't have a physical rotating bezel, which given the price point I think it should've been included.

The watch has a very vibrant display that is easily readable in bright sunlight and can go bright enough that the torch feature is actually useable in an emergency. Connecting it to my Samsung phone was very easy and quick. The included strap feels strong but has a smooth soft feel that is comfortable to wear for long periods. The battery life is amongst the best I have ever had on a smart watch and usually can power through 2 to 3 days between chargers. Being able to pay for things on my watch whilst out is also extremely helpful. This along with 4G connectivity mean I can legitimately leave my phone at home whilst out running safe in the mind that I can make contact with people if I need to.The only slightly negative points are that the magnet on the charger could be stronger. I found that while charging it on the way to work in the car the watch could easily get knocked off the charger without it being obvious. I would also like to be able to connect sensors to the watch. Not being able to use my chest strap HR monitor is disappointing but hopefully something that could be corrected in firmware upgrades. Not being able to use reverse charge on my phone to charge the watch was really disappointing but this was slightly alleviated when I discovered I can charge the watch by plugging the charger in to the USB on my device. This is at least a solution but it does require carrying the cable at all times.Overall I would say unless you are an athlete that requires lots of really accurate data on multiple sports this watch can do everything that you need and is my opinion is by far the best watch Samsung has ever produced.

This continuous heart rate monitoring can be particularly valuable for myself, as it allows for proactive management of heart health and early detection of any irregularities.I'm still playing with the new feature of Samsung Watch 7, which is the Health Score, dubbed as my body's health battery level. My initial guest would be a combination from all health measurements done by Samsung Watch 7 then extrapolate those data in Samsung's Gen-AI engine which then deliver a score indicating my body's battery level. It's a neat new feature.Samsung Watch 7 screen brightness is stunning. Even the brightest sunny day, I can still see the display quite clearly without having to do anything to cover watch out of the sunshine.I opted Samsung Watch 7 with LTE, which makes it possible for me to stay connected even without my phone. The process to "extend" my phone number to my watch's is very simple, again, just follow the screen on the watch and phone then you'll be directed to your phone number provider. There is a subscription charged by the phone network operator associated with this, but I believe it is worth it.I like the improved battery live. It can last longer with all the background apps plus tracking down my health measurements throughout the day, which makes it a perfect company for daily usage.Overall I'm very impressed, not just by the software feature, but also by the quality build. This is an all-rounder smartwatch that I’ve been waiting for.
