I have owned one of these microwaves before which lasted for years. When it finally needed upgrading of course I brought another one the same this microwave is so easy to use and at such a bargain price for the quality. I have owned other microwave brands before which seem to fail me but recommend this one to everyone as its so reliable and easy to use. The hardest part when choosing a microwave was wondering if the baby steriliser would fit (most microwaves are too small) but they all fit in this big beauty perfectly! If your on the hunt for the Best of the Best then this is definitely your 1 product!

Looked good and reviews were positive. However build of microwave is very cheap. We bought during lockdown, otherwise probably would have returned item. Frame is out of line and door doesn't pop open when button pressed in, definitely a two-handed operation to pull door as pressing button. Cooks fine though and plenty of pre set options. Not worthy of more than 3 stars though, in my opinion. Service at good guys was excellent, even though operating from back of store during lockdown, well done.

When the microwave arrived it was very well packaged. However when it was unpacked it was obvious the door wasnt quite square. It worked so I didnt worry about it. However last week it started not opening when you push the door release. I called the Capalaba store to be told I had to bring the microwave in for assessment and it would probably be deemed as repairable so Id be without a microwave for an unnamed period of time. I was quite frustrated as living on Lamb Island that is not an easy task hence why I bought on line in the first place and had it delivered to a friend at Redland Bay. I havent solved how to deal with it yet.

I mainly use microwaves for simple cooking and heating, and this is so easy to use. It would be great for elderly people too. The only thing is that it is hard to watch something cooking through the darkened glass, but if you need to see I found if it is night time, just switch your kitchen light off to check if the popcorn is all popped!! (That way you can see inside really well!)
Unfortunately I bought this microwave but it was too big for my space in the kitchen. I had owned one the same but 32 litre. It was fantastic and was 15 years old. Best microwave. Good guys were fantastic too. I explained my problem as it was too big and they refunded me straight away. Would own another Samsung and will deal with the Good Guys next time I need an electrical product.
Second time I have purchased this microwave. It is modern in its look, great performance and have had no problems with it at all the past 2 years. Have just purchased a second one for a boarding house kitchen as I know it will be reliable. Looks expensive for its price which is also a bonus!
We had to quickly buy a microwave when our last one, a Panasonic, died after ten years. We needed something not too expensive but in stock and a decent size. The Samsung delivered on everything we needed. The size for us is perfect, and the door is much quieter than the last microwave we had. All in all, a great model for the price. The only downside is it isn't an Inverter (which we could have had for a bit more money), but for our use (mostly heating milk and sterilising bottles) it's perfect. The timer function is great, and I even tried the Pizza Reheat function which worked surprisingly well. So far, so good!
I had always had Panasonic microwave ovens, but purchased the Samsung microwave oven to see if they really were as good as they were reputed to be. It took twice or three times as long to heat meals and mugs of water as my Panasonic microwave ovens did. However after using this for eight months I heard a very loud sound during the night and in the morning found that the glass turntable had broken in two. It was still in one piece when I heated my heat pack before I went to bed. This was only eight months after I purchased it, so I would never buy another Samsung microwave oven.
Went back to a turntable microwave, previously having a flat base one and much prefer the turntable, as they cook a lot quicker. This appliance has a nice smooth door closing, as my previous was difficult to shut. I'm not having a lot of success with the Automatic Defrost, however, by using the Power Level button to defrost on 3, this seems to work well enough. Samsung is a good brand and you can phone them in Australia and have found the staff most helpful with any issues you are experiencing.
Great Microwave. Really easy to operate. Its quite simple to operate, its intuitive! Love the large dish size so I don't have to do batches of reheating or cooking. Makes life simple. From cooking chicken right from frozen to yummy coated chicken that would give KFC a run for their money, as well as reheating without drying out. Makes cakes too. We use it every morning to make the most yummy scrambled eggs in 3 mins, dead easy. Just love it
