The tab used to push out the USB connector can be a little difficult to handle, but it can also be left open if it proves too hard to regularly use. The read light is helpful but may not be visible depending on which direction the device is inserted. The device is a little long but the added handle for hanging it from a key fob or strap is useful.

I needed a type C flash drive because the newer computer I got only had a single type C port. I know with USB 4 coming out which will also use the type C plug, so I decided to get this to use this and any newer devices that I get in the future. It has 150.0 megabytes per second write speed which has helped with large file transfers. The drive slides back and forth in the bottom sleeve for protecting the plug. Also it is much smaller than a stand USB flash drive. Overall very happy with it.

The unit I purchased must have been defective. I plugged it into my computer and it could not be formatted. I assumed it just wasn't seated properly, so I hit the eject button, unplugged it, and noticed it was quite warm... almost hot, which worried me. I plugged it back in, this time directly into my pc instead of my dock and made sure it was completely seated. I tried to format again. No luck. I tried once more for good measure, and still no luck.When I went to take it out again, it was EXTREMELY hot. Hot enough where now 45 minutes after the incident I can still feel where my thumb made contact with it while removing it (though there is no visible burn).I ended up returning it immediately and getting a regular USB A flash drive, which is working fine.

GREAT flash drive. Small and slender, USB-C, and 128 GB Sandisk for under $20? I went back a few days later and got another one.I use with Mac mini, Unfortunately I could not format to APFS on this drive, but that is my only negative thing to say.
Compact and does what it’s supposed to do.The one and only thing that I didn’t care for is that it’s hard to slide in and out to close and open it.That doesn’t make it deal killer because price and performance makes up for that.
This flash drive was bought so I could transfer my photos from my phone to this jump drive, I had so many on my phone it was taking up to much storage space, so this has helped clean up my phone and save my photos should something happen to my phone or I lose it. I'm a senior so I needed something easy that I could understand and manage, with this you just plug one end into your phone and the other end into your computer and move the pictures. great device for me and priced reasonable.
Bought four of these flash drives for use with my iMac 24” 2021 model. Very fast data transfer compared to my USB-A flash drives. But then I use them for photo storage; backup of Pages files, Numbers files, Quicken files. I don’t transfer huge files like movies, games, etc. So, I can’t attest to their speed under those conditions. In order to use the USB-A flash drives on the 2021 iMac, adapters are required because the computer is equipped with ports that accept only USB-C style connections. These flash drives are comparable in cost to adapters. Just made sense to make the switch to the USB-C flash drives.
I purchased this very fast USB Type C flash drive to plug into the back of my new computer tower to function as a back up device for my essential files. And for this it is perfect.Before using it for that I used it to transfer my digital music and photo libraries from my old computer to my new. It transferred so fast I had thought there must have been an error.SanDisk is a USB/SD brand I trust and keep going back to.
Get it on sale for a great value.Took a star off because the mechanism to push the USB-C out and inward of the casing is poorly built for the item I received. I would have to push against the other side of the USB when plugging it into a computer, otherwise the USB side will get pushed back into the casing.
