This size is what we often need more than one of… so we bought 2. Excellent quality, good weight.

Great quality stainless steel saucepan. Easily cleaned noting it is not a non-stick version. Should last a lifetime.
Although they feel heavy, it also feels safe when containing liquid while moving around. Particularly very good at maintaining good even heat means you have better control of cooking.
Lovely saucepan to use - heats quickly and evenly. Love the glass lid with stream vents. Very attractive saucepan - very happy with my purchase and I’m looking forward to the 16cm coming back into stock.
The Scanpan - Axis is a beautiful, high quality product. Heat circulation is perfect. Design is great too because although this is a sturdy item the handle has a great grip and the clear lid a boon. Am now considering adding more of these saucepans to my kitchen and discarding some others!
Scanpan make beautiful products for cooking and I find axis lovely to cook in .
We'd previously bought a couple of pans from Scanpan's Coppernox range and found them uniquely great - ticking every box.Although the AXIS range don't have the silicon in the handles and are heavier - they're clearly the superior pan.The 5-layers (stainless steel-aluminium-copper-aluminium-stainless steel) extend to the sides rather than just the base, the steel has a "satin" finish, and they are just built to last a lifetime.VERY highly recommended !
Great saucepan. Small size makes it handy for heating up meals for one. Heats up quickly and holds the heat - cooktop dosen't need to be as high and cooks quicker. Strong, solid quality build. Worth the investment.
