Great for sensitive skin, I have never had a reaction to it. My husband uses it on his face, I use it on my legs & underarms and we have no complaints. Works up very quickly to a lovely smooth foam, making shaving easier. Great promo’s come up often @Woolies on this product, usually 50% off, so we stock up.

Got this bottle out to look at the label and find out exactly what it was called just to warn AGAINST anyone using this! Used this in place of my standby skintimate shave gel as I had run out...oh my god it burns! I don't know how this can be marketed for sensitive skin!!! It burns so badly. (I shaved underarms, legs and bikini area) I would say absolutely avoid this product!!

BRING PRODUCT BACK
28 December 2017

This is the ONLY shave gel I buy for my husband and have been for years. When will this product be back in stock???? I have gone to so many stores and have not found Schick shaving gel sensitive or ANY Schick shave gel....just the razors and razor heads. Would like the Schick Hydro sensitive shave gel back. Please please please. Not sure why it’s been discontinued possibly. Can’t even find with amazon like I did before or even at Walmart or Giant. Really do NOT want to use Edge....please please please BRING THIS PRODUCT BACK! Like I said I have always bought this for my husband and he loves the product. Edge is NOT as good nor is anything else. If using Schick razor then he should be able to use the sensitive gel from the same company. What happened??((5 Star ... MoreThis is the ONLY shave gel I buy for my husband and have been for years. When will this product be back in stock???? Best shave gel!!

Env: developmentI just got it as a trial but I really started liking this schick hydro shave gel. I will definitely say that this is one of the best shave gels in the market. It is much cheaper than the fusion shave gels and is equally best in quality.I usually prefer foam rather than gel since I feel it gives a rich lather. But this schick hydro shave gel gives a rich lather and a great moisturizing effect. AFter using this with shick hydro razors. I have become a huge fan of schick products.I am always angry on Gillette products as they are ridiculously priced. I am always not in favor of monopoly in markets as this may lead to high prices. This was the reason I tried this schick hydro gel but it has so far exceeded my expectations. It gives me great ... MoreEnv: developmentI just got it as a trial but I really started liking this schick hydro shave gel. Schick Hydro shave gel is great and priced well

Env: developmentI was able to try the Schick Hydro sensitive shave gel for free recently. I was buying a Schick Hydro razor and found a peelie coupon attached to the razor package for a "free Schick Hydro shave gel when you buy a Schick Hydro razor." I typically just use soap, or sometimes my hair conditioner when I shave because I think they work the same as shave creams and gels. I know my husband feels differently, and I'm sure I would if I was shaving my face, but for my legs I just don't notice much of a difference. After using the shave gel I would certainly recommend it to people, especially if you're able to find the free coupon and are planning on buying a razor anyway. I do think it's a little pricey at $3.50 at my local drug store, and I doubt I would ... MoreEnv: developmentI was able to try the Schick Hydro sensitive shave gel for free recently. Schick works just as good on women's bodies.

Env: developmentI received both the Schick Moisturizing and the Sensitive Shave Gels for free from CVS.The can is 8.4 fluid ounces (238 g.), and is blue at the bottom, and white at the top. Upon taking the plastic top off the can, it has a press down button, which allows the foam to come out of the tiny hole.I shave my legs, under my arms, and the bikini area, at least twice a week, and sometimes more. Living in Florida, I swim everyday, so want to look good. After having a shower I pushed down on the button at the top of the can, and out came a pale green and white foam. It has a fresh outdoor type smell, not a masculine one.I used the thick foam/lather, and put it under my arms, around the bikini area, and my legs. I didn't need to put any moisturizing lotion on them. This shave gel is hypoallergenic and dermatologist tested. I have to say that both the moisturising and the sensitive Schick Hydro shave gel are as good as each other.Env: development

Smooth Rash-Free Shaving.
11 August 2022

Having sensitive skin, it doesn't take much for shaving areas to rash and bleed. I find that Schick Hydro for sensitive skin works very well, offering me a smooth shave without irritating my skin or resulting in rashes on my facial shaving area. An excellent product.

leaked/exploded
16 June 2015

I recently bought a canister of the schick hydro because it seemed like it would be good for my skin based on description! Within 2 weeks the can bubbled out the side and leaked out all over our shower. I was so upset, it was nearly a whole can wasted! Our house is not super hot or anything that would make sense for this to have happened. Very disappointed. Hopefully it was just a faulty can and won't happen to others.

schick hydro sensitive shave gel gets the job done gently
29 November 2010

Env: developmentThis is the only Schick shave gel I have tried and I really like it. I always try to stick to the ones that for sensitive skin because I figure that they are gentler on the skin and will be less drying. There have also been numerous coupons and promos for this product, so that's why my wife bought it in the first place. It foams up nicely and sticks to my face well. It gives good, thick coverage. My razor glides across it smoothly and I get a close, smooth shave. The scent is light and nice. My face feels like it was treated gently after I'm done shaving. I don't get any razor burn or over-drying of my skin. I think the new gels perform better than the older creams - they seem less watery and stick to your face better. I will probably continue to ... MoreEnv: developmentThis is the only Schick shave gel I have tried and I really like it. The price is in line with other products that are similar, so unless it gets pricey, I'll continue to buy and use it. I would recommend the Schick sensitive shave gel with no reservations.Env: development
