Sea to Summit Venture VTi Women's Sleeping Bag (Regular)
The unique WaveLoft construction uses thick layers of Thermolite insulation. Its special looped arrangement provides high bulk and improved thermal performance in cool environments. In addition, the WaveLoft construction ensures that loose layers of insulation do not shift as each layer is bonded to the outer shell. In addition, the Venture has been equipped with thicker insulation in the foot box to keep your feet warm on cooler nights. The women's specific rectangular cut, narrow at the bottom, is wider at the hips and narrower at the shoulder. The free-flow triple-zip system ensures high thermal efficiency and offers versatile ventilation settings. The half-sided zipper on the left side provides enough space for both arms, additional ventilation and allows the upper third to fold back like a blanket. The full-length two-way zipper on the right side and the separate zipper on the foot turn the sleeping bag into a complete quilt when the mercury rises higher than expected.

Love this sleeping bag!! Feels so soft and cozy and provides the perfect amount of warmth the night I used it was actually in the 50s, so I unzipped the side a little and thefoot box and it was perfect!

I was heading out to hike the Rogue River Trail in June, which is considered pretty warm. I love that there are so many options to sleep in this bag. As a pretty warm sleeper, I tend to throw my whole body out of the bag, but this was great because I could open up both sides and the feet to release air and cool off, but still be covered. I do recommend if you are closer to the lower range taking a liner for comfort. With this in the Willowas, it was a bit cooler and I would have probably preferred my 20 degree bag. Not necessarily the bags fault! It’s a bit heavy, but does have a great stuff sack.

I recently purchased for my first backpacking trip in Victoria. Decided on this comfort and temp rating based on camping in 2-3 seasons and I am someone who naturally runs 'hot' and doesn't feel the cold (also have some thermals ready for the cooler nights). The bag feels wonderful and light and is very 'fluffy' once it's laid out. The firm zip lining is great and avoids snags like a treat.I like the double zip features and the ability to unzip just the foot area for ventilation on warmer nights, I used this bag in summer on 10-degree and 13-degree nights and it wasn't stifling hot with the foot area undone.I really like the shape and overall usage of the bag. Over time I will find out if it is indeed warm enough for all the hikes I want to do. At the moment I'm ... MoreI recently purchased for my first backpacking trip in Victoria. Easy online purchase, supper fast delivery.Great sleeping bag, exactly what was described in the product video.am supper happy, light weight, easy to put back into bag and bloody warm.. purchased for Trekking with my horse.
I had a really nice down bag, but because it was a mummy bag, my feet would get really hot. This bag is great! The foot section is wider than a normal mummy bag and with the foot box zipper, I can stick my feet out when they get hot. Works well when it is warm or cool. Highly recommend.
This bag is very soft and cozy. There is plenty of room in the feet area to move them around. I highly recommend this bag.
I love this sleeping bag, particularly the foot-end zippers, that allow me to put on my shoes and penguin-walk out to start my stove in the morning, without having to get out of my cozy bag until my hot coffee is ready and I am warmed up. Or at night when I realize at 3 AM I need to close the vent on the top of my tent, which has only outside access. I can slip on my shoes and step outside without having to get out of my bag.
Did not camp until after COVID, found this bag did not keep me warm at 40 degrees. Also do not like hard area of plastic like fabric along zipppers.
Just got my bag, and I'm stoked to try it out. Feels warm, it's super lofty-with plenty of room to move around (even though it looks small at first!) Seems a bit over engineered though, with 6 zippers on this thing-I love the options, don't get me wrong-I just feel like you could have gone with a couple less. That being said, the ability to open up the foot of the bag to vent and stretch out makes it feel luxuriously big. Being able to fully unzip the bag and turn it into a blanket makes the temperature range so much more versatile. The zippers slide easily, though it takes a few minutes to figure them all out. I'm worried though what happens when one of them fails-which it undoubtedly will eventually. Also I'm concerned about unwanted drafts-don't know about that ... MoreJust got my bag, and I'm stoked to try it out. The compression sack looks like it's great quality, and while the seams aren't sealed, the material looks waterproof, so thanks S2S. Wish it came with a storage bag, but I'd take a water resistant compression sack over a mesh laundry bag any day. Will easily fit in most packs, mines a 48L.
This is so comfortable. It is light and fluffy and like sleeping in a cloud. I like all the zippers, especially the one opposite the main zipper so I can fold over like a blanket.the one at the feet is a nice feature as well. I didn't give it a 5 star because I noticed rather soon after using it a few times, the outer fabric tends to get caught and snag easily. I am not using anything sharp around it's just my hands and the natural way you pull up a sleeping bag. There are a few pulls along the main body of it as well. I'm not being rough with it so the is disappointing. I took a great deal of time to figure out which bag to buy. It's an investment and ultimately worth it.
