Good sound but really difficult to charge. The headphones slip about on the cradle, with nothing to hold them in the right place. You have to fiddle around to find the exact right spot on the cradle for the charge to start, then at the tiniest movement or for no reason at all, they misalign and the charge stops. I have to remember to check every time that I go past that they're still charging. I'm pretty angry and would return them but I've already used them now so I figure I would have no chance. Terrible for such an expensive item.

Excellent, bought these for my wife so she can enjoy her TV shows that I can't stand. I go into the rumpus room and blast Halo on my Xbox series X and giant TV. She doesn't hear my noise and I sure don't hear what she is watching. She says the headphones are excellent and she says she hears sounds in the TV shows she doesn't pickup from the TV's main speaker. They also block out other daytime background noise where we live like chainsaws and traffic. One happy customer.

The headset works great the only thing is when you turn on headset there is No green led letting you know it’s on.Other than that is sounds good and clear for watching tv. Also there is a selector on front bottom of stand which indicates three positions. Can’t tell which one it’s on.

I needed wireless headphones not dependent on bluetooth pairing. I spent a long time trying to look for the right ones online. Then I went to Ticher Sounds in Kingston and talked to Callum. Brilliant. I was sold exactly what I wanted. I ordered the headphones (Sennhauser) on Saturday 25 March. They arrived on Monday 27th. That was impressive. I am delighted with the headphones, thanks to Callum.Date of experience: 25 March 2023Subsequent to writing this on Trustpilot, a friend had been looking for good headphones. He tried mine and was impressed and Irecommended them to him.
My old headphones died a death so I looked these up online which looked like exactly what I needed. Fortunatley my nearby Richer Sounds had one in stock so I was able to pick it up straight away. They are easy to set up and provide a decent quality of sound. My only criticism would be that they lie flat against the ears rather than having an outer circle that goes around the ears. This means if you are, for instance listening to Napalm Death whilst doing the washing-up headbanging may cause them to fly off your head and into the sink. But provided your reflexes are reasonably good you should be fine.
This version of the RS-120 is not as good as the previous version (without the w). The previous version used RS technology, and the range was great. This version appears to use Bluetooth, and the range is very limited. I've owned and used both in my home, and while the RF version connected instantly and maintained its connection wherever I roamed in my home (and outside of it), the new W version takes time to connect and cuts out as soon as I leave the room where the transmitter is located. I was very disappointed in the W version and returned it for a refund.
Former Sennheiser 120 was RF (radio frequency) I could walk though 1500 Sq ft home & receive clear, full stereo reception.This model is Bluetooth. Signal quits less than 25 Ft away from transmitter. BT is great For My Phone. My phone is with me & headphones / ear buds. BT not great for the 120. RF signal travels through walls. BT doesn't.
Owned the 120 RF (radio frequency) model for over 6 years. RF simple, sturdy, I could walk through & outside a pre-war apartment 900 Sq Ft and get a clear, deep stereo sound. It Wonderful for TV listening, including music.New version of the 120 is Bluetooth. Signal won't carry beyond transmitter's room.Needed to replace the headphones (5 years +. Lots of wear & tear). One of the metal conductors fell off & couldn't be reinserted (meaning no charge). The set continued to work off the batteries for 24 +) hours. RF transmitter still works.BTW, emailed Sennheiser about RF headphones & replacement. Got auto reply. No one contacted me.The BT model isn't worth the price. Disappointed with improvements & Sennheiser customer service. 👎
I enjoyed the headphones a lot. They sit ON your years, not over your ears, so quick movements could dislodge them, but that was a minor issue. The sound is excellent; word clarity is good; and the switch that highlights voices helps with dialog in shows with too much noise or music. The sad part: after two weeks the charging base quit working. No lights--nothing. I am having the Geek Squad (who installed the speakers) come and try to salvage them. If not, I will be replacing them under the warranty.
The sound on these earphones kept dropping out and sometimes the sound dropped completely. I have tried to reach the manufacturer and it has been hopeless. I keep getting the same websites that lead nowhere.I do not want to buy another product from Sennheiser because it could be the same.
