However, in everyday life, taking care of your teeth to have the teeth you dream of is not easy. Everyday food and drinks can carry many factors that cause yellowing of teeth. In addition, many people's improper dental care is also the main cause of protective numbness in the teeth, sore throat, and wheezing in the breath.

I’ve been using Sensodyne toothpaste for years now, and it’s honestly the best solution for sensitive teeth I’ve found. From the first week, I noticed a significant reduction in discomfort when eating or drinking anything hot or cold. The formula is gentle yet effective, and my overall dental health has improved noticeably. It doesn’t just help with sensitivity; it also leaves my mouth feeling clean and fresh with every use. The flavor is mild and pleasant, unlike some toothpastes that are overly strong or leave a strange aftertaste. Overall, Sensodyne has been a game-changer for my dental care routine. I would highly recommend it to anyone dealing with sensitivity issues or just looking for a top-notch toothpaste that protects your teeth and strengthens enamel. ... MoreI’ve been using Sensodyne toothpaste for years now, and it’s honestly the best solution for sensitive teeth I’ve found. I received a full size sample of this great toothpaste from Influenster in exchange for my honest review. I got introduced to Sensodyne many years ago when my Dentist recommended it because I was complaining about my teeth hurting whenever I brushed them. Until then I had no idea Sensodyne even existed nor brought actual results, I just bought whatever looked like the best flavor to me. What a difference Sensodyne made, no more anxiety knowing what was coming during after brushing my teeth, the intense deep pain just disappeared the very first time I used it. This would make someone think that maybe Sensodyne doesn’t hurt because it’s weaker than other toothpastes out there, quite the contrary, Sensodyne works just as well at cleaning the teeth combatting bad ... MoreI received a full size sample of this great toothpaste from Influenster in exchange for my honest review. What a difference Sensodyne made, no more anxiety knowing what was coming during after brushing my teeth, the intense deep pain just disappeared the very first time I used it. This would make someone think that maybe Sensodyne doesn’t hurt because it’s weaker than other toothpastes out there, quite the contrary, Sensodyne works just as well at cleaning the teeth combatting bad breath, the clean feeling nice breath lasts for hours. I brush my teeth after every meal, only Sensodyne makes this possible as before I would avoid this so as to not deal with the pain. I brush my teeth for about 2 minutes at the end also brush my tongue as most bacteria is on the tongue that’s what makes for bad breath no matter how much you brush your teeth. I also use a water pick to get the last bits of food debris I couldn’t get with the toothbrush. I mix mouthwash with water in my water pick, so it’s a 2 in 1 treatment, when done with the water pick I just gargle with the accumulated fluids in my mouth then spit it out. Much better than toothpicks or dental floss. I also use a special toothbrush I came across by accident, the one made by Supersmile, a bit more expensive that the regular drugstore brands, but so worth it. 3 minutes with a good toothbrush, the water pick most importantly Sensodyne toothpaste does it every time. The consistency of the toothpaste is pleasant, not gritty like some which promise to deeply clean your teeth, but all they do is strip your teeth of the enamel they need to prevent cavities. Using Sensodyne you don’t have to worry about stripping the enamel because it’s gentle yet very effective. I like the different flavors too, like this one I was given by Influenster is mint it tastes divine, but not overpowering. I also like the fact that the tube is sealed, so it’s tamper proof that the expiration date is right on the box (see picture). Toothpaste is a stockpile staple for me, so the expiration date matters. All together Sensodyne is a 10 star product to me I’m not just saying this because I got a tube free of charge. I used Sensodyne long before this. Yes, it does cost a little more than your average toothpaste, but for someone with super sensitive teeth it’s a product you cannot do without. Even someone with no teeth sensitivity should at least try it just for the fact that it doesn’t strip the enamel we all need on our teeth. In the long run Sensodyne will save you costly Dentist visits, so well worth the initial extra dollar or two. I’m a Sensodyne user for life.

Sensodyne Toothpaste has been my go-to for managing sensitive teeth, and it consistently delivers on its promise of reducing sensitivity. The most significant difference I’ve noticed since using Sensodyne is the relief it provides when consuming hot or cold foods and drinks. Over time, my teeth have become less reactive, which has been a game-changer for my daily comfort. The toothpaste comes in a variety of flavors and formulas, including options for whitening, fresh breath, and extra sensitivity relief. I’ve tried a few of them, and each one strikes a good balance between effectiveness and taste. The mint flavor is refreshing without being overpowering, which I appreciate since some other sensitivity toothpastes can taste a bit medicinal. One of the standout features of Sensodyne is how it works on building protection with regular use. After using it consistently for a few weeks, I noticed a marked improvement in my sensitivity, especially with things like cold drinks or sweet foods. It's not an instant fix, but the gradual relief is noticeable and long-lasting. The texture of the toothpaste is smooth and spreads easily, creating a nice, gentle foam without being too abrasive on sensitive teeth and gums. It also leaves my mouth feeling clean and fresh without the need for overly aggressive scrubbing, which is a huge plus for those with delicate enamel. While Sensodyne is a bit more expensive than regular toothpaste, the benefits far outweigh the cost, especially if you struggle with sensitivity. It’s a reliable, effective product that delivers consistent results, making it well worth the investment for long-term oral health. Overall, if you suffer from sensitive teeth, Sensodyne is an excellent choice. It provides relief, strengthens enamel, and helps you enjoy your favorite foods again without discomfort.

I love this lip balm. It feels and looks like a creamy lipstick but the staying power is of a lip balm. You will need to reapply often throughout the day. While it is highly pigmented for a balm, it's not 100% opaque. It's not sheer though. I would say it's medium coverage with a cream finish. It's not sticky. It's on the oilier side of the spectrum. It applies smoothly and buttery. The color is buildable. I especially love the way this lip balm hydrates my lips and protects them without any residual stinging or drying effects that so many lipsticks/balms left me feeling. I love the color! You can add more color by adding additional layers. The tube is slender so you don't need a mirror to apply. Glides over lips quick and easy! The packaging is beautiful! I received the Sencodyne Sensitivity Gum Enamel as a complementary sample to try and give my honest opinion. This was honestly my first time trying this toothpaste and I am hooked. I love the way it goes to work just as soon as I strt brushing my teeth and that I can see it working. You can see all the little bubbles getting into those hard to reach areas as you brush you teeth and gums. I'm not sure what it is about it but if you have a little sore spot on your gum line the toothepaste will help it to feel better by the time you are done brushing your teeth. It helps to fight against gingivitis and cavities. The flouride that is used in this toothpaste is a special kind that helps to prevent all this and more. I've been using Sensodyne Gum Enamel Whitening toothpaste for a while now, and I absolutely love it! Here's why it stands out from other toothpastes I've tried: * Sensitivity relief: This is a game-changer for me. I used to experience occasional tooth sensitivity, especially with cold drinks. Sensodyne has been a lifesaver in reducing that discomfort. * Whitening power: It does a great job at keeping my teeth bright without feeling harsh on my enamel. * Gum health: I feel like my gums are healthier since I've switched to Sensodyne. There are MANY options when it comes to Sensodyne toothpastes, as this is just the one I prefer to use, but there's also charcoal, and many others so based on your exact oral needs, I would refer to the actual Sensodyne website or even check the reviews of many of the different options available here on Influenster, and choose which best fits your needs, and then I highly recommend giving it a shot, as I explained it is my go-to and is absolutely fantastic.)

Bewildered

I used Sensodyne years ago – there was only one variety then. Now, my dentist has advised me use it again for my gums. I was amazed and confused that there are now 13 varieties! I spent at least an hour trying to fathom out the difference between them all. Do they think they can promote sales with more and more varieties? I just find it confusing and annoying. If I buy the cheapest variety do I not get any gum care at all? Do I really have to pay £1.50 more to get a variety that cares for my gums? .And, what about all those other features in the other varieties – do I not get the benefit of any of those in the cheapest variety? However, do I really need all those extra features? However, do I really need all those extra features? A toothpaste is for cleaning your teeth after which you spit it out, so, with such short contact with the teeth, I can’t see that the proclaimed additional, fancy properties can have much effect. After pondering all this for ages, I bought the expensive variety for gums and then, after pondering it all again when I returned on another occasion, I bought the gum variety once more, only to realise that there confusingly 2 varieties for gums – the first, mint tasting and the second that is supposed to whiten your teeth. The whitening variety that I bought the second time tastes unpleasant but, at that price, I’ll bear it till the tube runs out but avoid it next time. Or, shall I just buy the cheapest tube?
