In my opinion, Sharpie markers are the best in the market for artwork. They don't bleed, smear or wash out. I've been using them for years for my work in illustration and especially love the fine tip markers for extreme detail. Because they come in a variety of colors and are permanent ink is what keeps me coming back for them. The best thing is that the colors don't fade. Sharpie markers get an all around 5 stars in review.

I absolutely love these! I have always been a sharpie fan for their bright bold vibrant colors however I've always been saddened that the facts they bleed through the back of the paper. I've also recently discovered that I am a ultra fine tip or a fine line fan. Not only are these fine line they are also sharpie and just as vibrant without the bleed through! As soon as I try out the black one I told myself my life would never be complete until I had them in every color

I really like this pen for taking short notes, writing on Post-It Notes, filling out forms for my job, and anything short of writing a letter (there are other pens that work better for that). The color and consistency are excellent and it feels good in my hand. However, I'm not sure that it's permanent ink (doesn't say anywhere) so I don't know how secure it is for checkwriting. Also I was disappointed to find that it does not work well for signing the back of your credit card like their Ultra Fine Tip Markers. Finally, the cap does not stay put very well on the back of the pen while you're using it, so it can be easy to lose. Otherwise, this is one of my favorite provided I'm not writing paragraphs. Just needs a little more fine tuning to make it perfect.

Sharpie is primarily known for their markers, but this is an under appreciated under dog when it comes to writings instruments. Very smooth and uniform. The ink is bright compared to other brands. Writes even in cold weather. Cant go wrong with this pen.
If you love to write, this is the pen for you! I absolutely love these pens. They are perfect for everything, from writing a note to signing documents. Do you have arthritic hands? If you have difficulty writing, the ink flows evenly and perfectly, every time.
Sharpie felt-tip pens w. fine points are good for writing appointments on wallet and wall-size calendars, and for stand-out information in notebooks (not computers). The ink does not bleed through to the other side of the paper. I did not give them a five-star rating only because the felt-tip pens do not write as quickly or smoothly as ball-point or gel pens.
I use these pens on a daily basis and let me tell you, you'll never buy another pen in your life. These are just magical. They don't bleed through, last long, and help me keep organized when I make notes for work. I've loved the Sharpie brand ever since I was 5 years old when my favorite NASCAR driver Kurt Busch raced the #97 Sharpie Ford. He made a permanent mark in history when he won the Cup championship for the brand in 2004. There isn't another marker I can rely on more that is championship caliber like Sharpie!
I'm left handed, which makes me keenly aware of whether a pen's ink smears easily. I usually buy the Sharpie "Ultra Fine Point Permanent Marker" because that ink doesn't smear.I couldn't fine those at Office Depot so instead I bought the Sharpie "Fine Point Pen" at my last trip to Office Depot.
