This pastry always has mixed results for me. Even if you follow the instructions to the letter it is still not flakey or crumbly like a traditional puff pastry. Definately better than some of the alternatives available though

The product was stored in a plastic tub that wasn't sealed. The puff pastry sheets were stiff, cracked and hard to separate and roll. Taste wise they were fine. I have only bought this product once maybe I was unlucky and got a bad batch.
It’s hard to get a really good gluten free puff pastry. It’s always disappointing. So this brand was ok better than some but not worth outlaying the high price
If you haven’t used Gluten free pastry before as I hadn’t but made pasties for my friend. Be gentle with it as it will easily split. Otherwise result was great
I have found GF pastry to be quite ordinary and I had stopped buying any. Until this - I have used the Simply Wise several times now. I can roll it to expand size if I use baking paper. It can be a little easy to crack - but it is GF! Number of pieces per packet has varied up and down by one from time to time but I have been very happy to have a usable produce with good results.
Best gluten free pastry I’ve used. Easy to work with compared to other brands and doesn’t need kneading. Puffs up really well. Expensive though
I love the end result but you need a lot of time to prepare it. It must be completely thawed out and re-rolled thinner to prevent from cracking/splitting. Tastes great and has a good texture when you have the time to do it correctly.
Excellent gluten free pastry. Tastes great, and rolling each sheet to fit a quiche dish works perfectly. Everyone in the family prefers this pastry to regular puff pastry.
