Great flavour with add Iron and Vitamin C. Not one to pop multiple of during a session due to added iron (some athletes don’t need extra iron and it could cause problems) but definitely a great post workout rehydration with the added iron boost for those who are a little deficient.

Simple is what we all want and these lead in sports drink market because you fill your bottle with water and drop in a tablet or two and leave it for a minute or two then put the bottle on your bike and enjoy the drink as you do the the miles. I was given a tube of these tablets by someone I know who uses them. I used them in my water bottle when cycling and enjoyed the flavour. They make a refreshing drink which isn’t too strongly flavoured or sticky and I like the fact that I am getting vitamin C as well. I am converted to these after trying many different drinks over the last thirty years or so on the road and in the hills.

I've tried a few different types of energy Tabs over the years but these are my fav yet. No idea if they really have helped with the immune system but they have a really nice fizzy orange taste to them and seem to keep me hydrated. Deffo ordering more of these!.
