Description and use This product also contains: Natural colour Dosage Remove two tablets from the tube and replace the cap tightly. Dissolve in 200 ml drinking water (2-3 minutes). (For babies under 6 months use freshly boiled and cooled water.) Sip slowly and frequently while symptoms persist. Discard unused solution after 2 hours or 24 hours if refrigerated. Avoid mixing Hydralyte with soft drink, cordial of fruit juice as these interfere with the dehydration process. Always dissolve in water. I bought this product for my family. Whenever my husband or I go for a run or to the gym, we pop a couple of tablets in our water bottles and we’re ready to go. When the kids are sick or feeling drained during the hot days, I pop one in a bottle of water. Fantastic product and results are very reliable.
Soluble tabs, nice flavor, kids can drink too to rehydrate. Love Hydralyte and their selection of products for over 10yrs.
I always have a reserve of these when sick as they are great when dehydrated. I personally like the Orange flavour the best but there a few other options to choose from. They are even safe to give to children when they are sick (different amounts for different ages etc).
Great product great to have on had to build build your electrolytes
I only use this for hikes and seriously keeps me hydrated. I don't drink a lot of water so does help me.
Me and my partner use to reduce hang overs and rehydrate in humid conditions or when sick with a cold or flu. With water and berocca before bed after drinking in excess of the recommended daily amount of alcohol it will help reduce hangover symptoms the next day. Guaranteed :)
