When to start taking Hydralyte Hydralyte may be taken on the first signs of lfuid loss due to vomiting and diarrhoea. Hydralyte may also be taken to help manage dehydration caused by heavy sweating, vigorous exercise and excess alcohol consumption, or due to a hot or dry environment. Signs of mild dehydration Sticky or dry mouth, increased thirst, lethargy, decreased urine output, dark yellow urine. Be aware that Dehydration due to vomiting or diarrhoea can be dangerous in babies and children under 5 years old and in elderly people. Warning Contains 0.78mg/mL potassium If you have kidney disease or are taking heart or blood pressure medicines - consult your doctor or pharmacist before use. Keep out of reach of children. The flavour it amazing, not too sweet and goes down really easy. As for whether it works better than water I’m not 100% sure but my partner and I love using it.

I absolutely love this product, I previously used the orange hydralyte but this flavour is fantastic. I regularly purchase this item now, hopefully in the future they start making bigger quantities/packets
I absolutely love the flavour of this hydralyte. It’s the only one I buy and I make sure I drink it every warm day through summer or any day before or after alcohol. This one doesn’t taste salty at all so the kids will love it too!
Absolutely the best taste in the Hydralyte family. I used to prefer Lemon Lime but these are just so much more pleasant and a bit of a sugar hit when you need it.
I always have these on hand to replenish and hydrate. Never without them in my handbag. As a nurse, I am regularly suggest them to patients in our ED.
I love the taste of the Hydralyte Strawberry Kiwi although it ishard to get recently. The taste is so refreshing & the electrolytes give that extra boost to get you through.
