Best nappy cream

My grandson would scream if I put cream on his nappy rash until I bought this cream.I also used it on myself when I was taking the prep for a colonoscopy. My bottom was so sore from all the diarrhoea but this helped so much, and I didn’t cry every time I went to the toilet after I started using it.

Everything Amazing

It's been a year I'm using this cream for my daughter nappy cream. It's amazing in everything (it's really cheap rather other nappy brand, it's not contain nuts so it's safe to bring it in Childcare, it's keep my daughter nappy area so smooth and far from rash... Since she had bad eczema when she's little until today, now she's toddler).

Great for nappy rash

I have been using this product for years, I used on my children as protection for nappy rash, cuts a scrapes. Helps my dermatitis too. Great product

Plain, simple, effective

I bought this for my mother who needed plain white zinc for a skin/wound infection. It’s become almost impossible to find white zinc without all the colorings and added sunscreens. This is perfect and does the job!

Re-ordering

I gave this cream a go as I was wanting an economical alternative to another brand, with similar ingredients. I liked the zinc and castor oil combo - and my baby grandaughter does well with it. I'm ordering another tub today.

Really good stuff

As a nurse and a mum of 4 now older girls, this cream saved the day many a time. We still use it in a lot of country hospitals on adults who have excoriation around their bottoms and private areas due to either having diahorrea or as a reaction to some antibiotics.Especially excellent on babies, it is a barrier cream that prevents the urine or poo from burning the skin more if they have nappy rash, especially when they are teething or on some medication.If the skin is protected using this cream, then when they wee or poo again, its not burning the already red or raw area, thus giving the skin the ability to heal.Don't be afraid to use it on your Bub when the bottom starts getting red.
