This cream cleared up my baby's bad nappy rash when everything else seemed to make it worse.
Absolute best product for rashes! Have used on my children from babies and they still use it into their 20’s (as do we). Why use expensive nappy rash creams when this product is so good!
I use this daily on my babies, both of our girls are sensitive to nappy rash and this acts as a wonderful barrier cream.Great value for money too

I love zinc and caster oil cream I had to have radiation treatment last year and although I couldn't use zinc cream during treatment as zinc blocks the radiation it was the only product that gave me relief in the months that followed I'm happy to say I still use it because I have a sensitivity to elastic in my bra .
