Skin Ceuticals Daily Moisture (For Normal or Oily Skin) 60ml

This product offers a lightweight formulation that absorbs quickly. Designed for normal to oily skin, it helps to reduce the appearance of large pores and generally helps to improve the skin. Key ingredients include a combination of vitamin E, three nutrient-rich algae extracts, and a blend of seven botanical extracts (burnet, cinnamon, ginger, horsetail, thyme, licorice, and nettle). You really cannot go wrong with any of the products within this line! I love them all.

Awesome daytime cream

My favorite daytime cream used so far. What sets this apart is it really sinks into the skin and gives a very pearly natural healthy glow. Allow toner or serum to dry a few minutes before applying this cream otherwise you may get eraser bits. Let the cream settle on skin a few min before applying spf too. This is a lighter cream, good for spring summer for normal to oily skin. May need a heavier cream for winter.

Good daily moisturizer

I like this for a light moisturizer. I have oily skin, and this leaves it with a slightly more matte look. My skin is also sensitive and this doesn't make me breakout or clog my pores. I think it reduces the appearance of pores. Sometimes it takes a little while to absorb compared to other moisturizers though, like it's sitting on top of the skin. I love that it's fragrance free. I wish the brand was cruelty free.

I believe in the hype

I have OBVIOUS pores, and I fully blame my mom. After purchasing some items at my dermatologist office that they now offer from skinceuticals- I was forced to look on the website for things my dermatologist didn’t currently carry. I needed a good moisturizer to go with my new hyaluronic serum (BUY, don’t hesitate). I put this on am/pm and my pores aren’t gone but they are definitely less noticeable. If I don’t notice those crater sized holes then people looking at my skin must not notice them as much either. I do follow up with a sunscreen every morning, but this moisturizer is amazing. Pores appear reduced, my is very well hydrated, and I don’t get that weird oil build up in the middle of the day like I don’t with other moisturizers. Not for me

I have always used Emollience but since I have combination skin (oily in the warm months and dry during the cold months), I wanted to give the Daily Moisture a try for the warmer months. Unfortunately, I did not like it. The product was creamy, not runny or too thick. I thought it went on well but it's almost like it dried up too quick before I could rub it in (?) and if I kept trying to rub the product in, it would flake. I could only use this product at night due to the flaking. I will be reordering Emollience since I can wear it both day and night.

This was the worst moisturizer I’ve ever used

I really gave this stuff a shot but man am I ever dissatisfied. This is my very first review on a product and I’m a medical esthetician.Says it a meant for acne prone skin but has a major clogging ingredient as the third one in the list! The price for this stuff is outrageous and it completely ruined my skin. Breaking out in spots I never have before. Not only that ingredient but a handful more. I stupidly trusted this moisturizer because of the skin cueticals brand being so well known but I would never recommend this. Very drying, and clogged pores/increases inflammation of the pore/increases oil production.

Very dry

I bought this cream as it was recommended by my dermatologist. I have sensitive/combination skin and I react to everything. I didn’t react to this one, which was great. However, is very dry. You apply it, it runs smooth for about 1 min followed by full dryness. The feeling is like applying make up on your face. Not the greatest feeling for Canadian weather. In addition, I didn’t notice any changes on my pores.

Who is this for?

This product is for oily, normal or dehydrated skin; however, Daily Moisture has shimmer in it. I'm not sure what the function of the shimmer is in a product advertised specifically for oily skin. When I first apply it, it feels really lightweight and smooth and it does make my pores appear smaller...but then it gets sticky and makes my face look greasy all day. Also a little confused about when and how to use it because in a response to another review, Skinceuticals states that you can't pair this moisturizer with retinol, but then in the 'How To Use' section of the description, they recommend layering it over retinol at night. So, which is it?

terrible experience

I bought the products and I have several problems with them and the company.I bought several products because I had already tried the antioxidant and it is spectacular, so I thought that they were all going to be equally spectacular, so I bought all of the brand's skin care and because I needed the sunscreen soon, I paid $25 dollars for it to arrive the next day, but It never arrived, first two others that I ordered separately arrived and every time I called to find out what had happened with the products they only told me that they had problems with the system because it was new.
