I waited three weeks before giving a review just to nothing fell apart or quit working right after writing one. So far, I'm a MAJOR fan of this shaver! Like it so much, I would recommend selling T-Shirts, Hats, etc in the Skull Shaver store. I gladly purchase some and happily wear them. :)

I had no idea how easy it would be until I purchased and used the skull shaver. I love how easy it is and how little time it takes to get a clean, shave on my head with little to no irritation. It makes shaving my head so easy that I do it pretty much every day now. That said, the upper back of my neck is always prone to a little bit of razor burn so I purchased the foil shaver attachment, and that has made it very easy to get that area without any burn. So I reached out to customer service and they gave me 3 options. 1) Send in my handle (shipping on me, which is stated in the warranty) and get a refurbished replacement free of charge. 2) Get a new replacement handle for 39.99 plus shipping with a new full year warranty. 3) Have a refurbished unit shipped with a 39.99 hold on a credit card ... Honest and truly I've been shaving my head with a razor like a knub for the past 2 years dealing with razor burn every two days having my whole head look like I just got attacked by a swarm of angry Hornets. I brush my teeth and shave my head every morning. It takes me less time to shave my head than it does to brush my teeth. Extremely easy to maintain. Multiple shaving heads available unlike other brands. Super super easy to clean. And the best part you don't have to worry about some flesh eating bacteria that's living on your razor blade entering your body from a tiniest Little knick that will eat half of the skin off your head. I have used a 5-blade cartridge razor, a double edge razor, and another electric skull shaver brand with five rotating blades on my scalp. My new Pitbull skull shaver impressed me immediately after feeling how close the shave was. It was as close to a a razor blade as an electric shaver could possibly get. It's not completely slick like a blade, but it's considerably closer than my old electric shaver. Since it's not slick so I can give it a 5 on smoothness, but it's not quite fair to give it a 4. It deserves a 4.75 on smoothness. Cleaning is also much easier. The entire top portion of the rotary blades pops off for easier cleaning. In my old shaver, I had the pinch the sides of ... I know everyone seems to use the dry method and much has been written about how 'quickly' (90 seconds) they can get the job done. I have been looking for a quality electric head shaver for a long time. I've spent a fair amount of money on some cheap crap I've found on Amazon and honestly, I'm ashamed to say I've even entertained those fakes. I've spent a fair amount of money on some cheap crap I've found on Amazon and honestly, I'm ashamed to say I've even entertained those fakes. Every prior purchase resulted in a loud, harsh, abrasive shaving experience that left a days worth of stubble still on my head. But...Stupid Facebook showed me an ad the other day. In that ad was a bald man kissing another bald man's head talking about the "90 second" shave. In looking at the product offering I was a little appalled at the prices, but thought that with prices like that, the product must be good. So I gave it a shot and ordered the Pitbull Gold PRO and the rinse stand. I got my shaver a few days later and wanted to test it out. I had about 3 days growth already so there was enough hair on my head to see if this thing actually worked. So I went to the bathroom and brought my son as a witness. Turns out, I was right about this one.The Pitbull is amazing! It shaved my entire head in less than 3 minutes (maybe one day I will get to 90 seconds, but it was not this day) and in the way of electric shavers, it is about as close a shave as you can get. The shaver is quiet, it is fast, it shaves super close, leaves no irritation, and is super easy to clean even if you DON'T have the rinsing stand. Honestly, this might have been the best $100 I've ever spent. If you are thinking about getting an electric head shaver, get one of these. For real, this thing is utterly amazing. Even my 17 year old son attests to this.

So I went on amazon and found cheaper knock offs. I have ridden that ride at least two times and each time the knock offs never cut my hair to the scalp and left my head with razor bumps. So I finally decide to try the expensive stuff, with the comfort of knowing there is at least a return policy. This Pitbull shaver is some good piece of gear! Smooth cut, know Knicks, works quick, cuts down to the scalp, and charge straight out box that lasted the entire cut! The only downside is that it only reduced about 98% of razor bumps(still dope). Two days after the cut I have noticed the back lower part of my head has developed slight bumping, but less than when I use clippers so I 'm not pressed about it.Bottom LineIf you have a sensitive scalp but want to cut your own bald head, then this product will work for you.

I have shaved with it about 5 times now, I purchased it to reduce the amount of disposable razors I used and find something better for my sensitive skin. I have tried several brands of women's electric razors, they were all over expensive, did not get a good shave and took forever. I saw they have a women's version of this shaver, but due to past experiences I bought this one instead just in case. Overall I am happy with my purchase. I've tried it both in the shower with shaving cream and dry without product. It's doesn't get as close of a shave as a razor, but very close and takes way less time than other shavers I've used. I rated it four stars because you do have to be really careful on thinner areas of skin (inner thighs, etc.). I did end up cutting myself quite a bit the first time in those areas, not knowing appropriate pressure to use. Second and third time I did still get cut, but was a lot more gentle this time over those areas. It just doesn't work well over more sensitive areas of skin so I wouldn't suggest it. For that reason I do still have to use a disposable razor on some areas still. You do not need to use a lot of pressure with this shaver, it gets a close shave and picks up hair easily. I LOVE that it tells you how much battery life you have left instead of having to guess how much battery life you'll have left. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and may try the women's version of this to see if it would be better on those more sensitive areas of skin.
