I can't understand how anyone can give these a favorable review. Their sound is muffled and ridiculously bass-heavy—and when you extend them, the headband creates angular "spike" shapes that sit on your head like a medieval torture device... What were they thinking? (I took a photo, but don't see a way to upload it here, unfortunately.) Thank goodness BB isn't rigidly unreasonable with their no-return policy. The last headphones I tried were too small (which I could demonstrate), so they let me get these instead. I don't appreciate having to drive there a third time, but am hoping they'll see how unusable these are, too. Recommend you avoid these, unless you like punishment!

I had mine for a little over 2 years before the headband broke above the right ear where the band adjusts, which seems to be a little too common for other reviewers. I’ll probably get another pair unless I can find something that performs as well in the same price range.

Just bought this for myself. My kid loves his SkullCandy earbuds but I prefer headphones, and I know SkullCandy brand means quality. I had corded headphones but our new dog got tangled in the cords and broke the cord. Just installed these new wireless bluetooth ones. Love them.Headphones are comfortable, adjustable, soft padding. Sound is great! Easy to control volume. I can rock out or turn down to a whisper.Set up was easy - just hold the volume button for a second and the bluetooth is ready to pair with your device. Right now it's paired to my desktop computer, will set it up to pair with my cellphone and car so I can listen wherever I am.

The headphones are light and they sound great. They are very comfortable, the headphones will not press hard on your ears like other headphones do in order to cancel out background noise. Now, I they will not cancel out noise completely when you have them on low volume but if you raise the volume just a little you wont hear other people or noise things around you. You can recharge them at home in your car since they use a usb cable. You can use these with your phone, tablet or iPod.The only thing that I don't like is that they have like a foam inside which after almost 2 years it can wear out and move to a side, and then you will need to replace them. This is my 5th pair of these headphones. They keep breaking. I dropped it once from waist level and there was a bump that dug into my head. I saved it with electrical tape, and it broke just now. The tape got moved and I needed to fix it. Snap. Horrible build quality. Out of all 5, they've broken in the same spot. They really need to up their build quality for me to think about possibly getting another one. Good sound and price, that's why I bought 5. They fit good on your head and don't look too overbearing on your head.
Just got it today.. I really want to like it, but it doesn't connect to my Laptop. not sure if it's because it's a windows laptop or not, but that's still not okay. I tried so many times and didn't work. I really liked it though (when paired to my phone) the base is amazing. I compared it to the Skulcandy Hesh ANC and this is honestly way better. I tried them both at the same volume level and this one sounded way louder with better base. I also had the JBL 650 ANC and they both do not compare to this and thus is cheaper. crazy to believe spending more is better quality. Doesn't hurt my ears. ughhh I really hate that it's not connecting to my laptop because that'll be my main use, so I'll have to return it sadly.

Today, while working out, the pairing suddenly disconnected and the headphones stopped connecting entirely. the lights still worked, but several voice prompts stopped playing, and it refused to reconnect/pair back onto my device. Im very sure something inside the headphones broke/came loose.
