Bought this from AO. Arrived very well packaged. Lovely delivery guy DPD. Looks lovely on countertop not bulky, very stylish. Only made hot chocolate so far. Nice and hot not boiling. Great froth.Very quiet and easy to wash. It does have 2 discs for frothing milk. Store these discs carefully.Good instructions. Extremely happy with purchase.

Love the look of this, as always with smeg. All settings are good, except I havent tried the cold settings. Hot chocolate and froth settings are good, they heat the milk nicely, but Id like it to be a little hotter. I am a person who has to wait for my drink to cool down before drinking, but I do not need to do that with this, I can swig it all in one go. The hot milk setting is nice and hot, but the froth settings could be hotter! All in all, I love it, have saved a fortune on my 3.85 coffees from the coffee shop, now I can make it at home

Good Points: Makes consistent foam for cappuccinos - One big brand organic whole milk was a disaster strangely, so I expect they were selling semi skimmed as whole milk or something like that. I would explain that this is a possibility as I thought it was broken at one point. New milk and it was back on song.It is great to be able to make repeat batches of foam without a pause and no risk of burning the milk. Easy to clean afterwards which is great. More expensive than I ever wanted for a milk frother, but actually this one is worth the extra.Improvement Points: The beep at the end of the cycle isn't necessary.

Good Points: I debated for a while on getting this. Did alot research on different brands. Was bought a cheap milk frother which was only 'luke warm' when heating the milk.Took the plunge... and i love it. Heats and froths perfectly and you can play about with the settings to find one suitable for you. I use it every day 💜Improvement Points: Non
